Her name is Ryu Ai Lan and she is actually a friend and fellow shikshin for our SooYoung. She is also the step sister of 4minutes own Kim Hyuna. She was born in China, but after an accident that happened there her and he ather moved to Korean to start.

Hyona confirmed this in her latest interview. "Yes she's my step sister, but I she's like a real sister to me. One day I hope to have a combined stage ith her." I can tell they have a close bond only sisters share.
