What is love? If you ask a random kid, he would most likely say that love is when his parents give him a candy or an ice cream. Ask an adolescent, you would get an answer like “Love is when two people show affection to each other” or “Love is when I see a hot person in front of me.” And an adult, specifically ages 50 and up, would define love as a part of life. Without love, there is no life. But how does this guy named Chun characterize love? This is a story of a man who is eager to find love and fall in love with the woman who will love him until his last breath.

Chun. He is a very successful actor that even his parents can’t deny the fact of being an avid fan of him. To the point that sometimes, they treat him as someone different, or not a family member, but just a plain artist. There’s nothing wrong with it, he’s fine with that. What’s important is they still love him. Love. So, what is love?

A one-woman man, his friends say. He gives his one-hundred percent for this very special woman who was able to capture his heart. This lady goes by the name of Ella. If you ask her the meaning of love, she would say these two words: work and family. Yes, she is single. She just loves to work, work, and work all day. She is an artist, should I say. But behind the camera lenses is a woman who loves her family so much. Love. What is love for her?

These two have worked together for couple of times already. It may be in terms of a TV drama, a movie, or just plain stage performance. They are singers too, may I add. The number of albums they have released will prove how professional these individual are. Once in an interview, Chun was asked how he feels about his work. He simply answered, “I love it.” Again, what is love?

Chun and Ella can be seen together for twenty-four hours. They would go to work together, have lunch together, and even visit the doctor together. When Chun shoots a commercial or a drama, Ella would be there to support him. On the other hand, when Ella is having an interview or the like, Chun is there to support this, or rather, his girl. That’s how close they are. Inseparable: the best way to describe them. That’s how much they love each other. But hey, what is love?

Love is present when two people have feelings for each other. But here, you will witness the ups and downs of the thing called one-sided love. How hard is it to fall for a person who doesn’t have feelings for you? What are the positive things that a person can get from loving someone without asking for anything in return? Is it even considered as love? Or just infatuation? But the last time I checked the dictionary, infatuation means a foolish or extravagant passion or attraction. Chun doesn’t feel that way for Ella. So it’s not infatuation. It’s definitely love. Love? What is it?
