Clank....Clank...Clank...Key watched intently as his father hammered the hot metal that would soon be a sword. His father was sweating from the heat in from the fire and from the heat in the room. Key knew that one day, this buisness would be his. He would have to do this so he was taking mental notes. Key's family owned this buisness since he could remember. They built this place from the ground up and where very protective over it. On the first floor was the buisness and the second floor was home. There was even a door separating the two places. They weren't wealthy but, they weren't poor either, right in the middle. Once his father completed the sword he placed it aside carefully and continued to work, "Kibum, go get your father some water." He said as he wiped his forehead with the back of his hand. Key jumped off of his stool that he was sitting, comfortably, on and went upstairs and into the kitchen where he took out a glass and filled it with water. He looked out the window and saw enemy solders running in at full speed. He ran down stairs and said in a paniced tone "appa, there are enemy solders outside." Key's father quickly walked over to his son and said, "go upstairs and hide, stay hidden, I will come and get you." The younger nodded and ran upstairs and hid himself in his closet. After a few hours, Key left his closet he quietly walked down to where his father worked in the shop, he wasn't there. "a-appa?" He spoke as he looked around, everything was dark and dusty and covered in sut. It always smelled burnt and Key didn't like it. He carefully slipped into his shoes and walked outside and froze, he had never seen so many dead bodies. His little peaceful town in the Kim Kingdom, was massacered. Key began to frantically look around until he noticed the dead body of what he called his father. "A-Appa!" He ran over and shook him eyes glazed with unshead tears. He was gone, he was all alone. Key sniffed when he saw the key to the black smith shop hanging around his fathers neck. He reached for it and took it off he then proceeded to tie around his neck. He then lifted his fathers dead body and barried it on the outskirts.  Key was 10 years old when he last saw his father and when he enherited the family buisness of Black Smith
