∞ How to Ace A Singing Audition [Part o1]

‘How To Ace Your Audition’

There’s something about musical auditions that make them seem very famous others. It’s very unlikely that way young performers could possibly get through school without receiving a shot at some a part of a musical. Shakespeare is music, song and dance. New multimedia groups for example the Blue Man Group incorporate music, mime and audience interaction. Although you may assume that you have no singing talent, during some point of your respective career as a performer, you might undoubtedly participate with music in a few forms.

Music brings an original energy to performing, and the singing audition may often require a different process to master. Probably more, new young performers are getting into music, due to wealth of opportunities that exist or are now being created for singers. When you can sing, maybe you have an edge on landing some work in the entertainment field.
As a singer there are several abilities required.
• The capability to carry a tune, both rhythmically and tonally
• A clear strong voice
• The ability to project feeling, belief and meaning from your lyrics.

Side Note: Tip #2 will be up soon.

Chapter 11: I was wondering if you have any tips for dancers. I am a dancer and I want to also get better at singing as well; for my voice, I hit guy notes better than girl notes because basically my voice is naturally low. (but not guy voice low) I was wondering if you have any songs that I can sing, if you have some suggestions for me, that be amazing if you could give me some. :) And I look forward to seeing if you put up dancing tips. I have a blog that has me dancing so please look it up :)

Chapter 11: I dunno if u can help me with this... but if possible, i want you to give me some tips and guides on writing lyrics too...

and covering a song is also hard. you know most of the time when weeping we try to imitate the original singer n i know judges aren't really happy with that. i wish you can light up my way on this too.

ps: i dunno about this but i swear i have seen a the same article before. I'm mentioning the first three chapters.

I agree with the chapters. I may not be a singer/dancer/model but I do play violin. It's also very competitve (seat-placement).

I totally agree with the eye contact during your audition! I dance hula and during the beginning we have to do a chant, and since it's in Hawaiian we have to use our eyes and some hand gestures to tell the story and show that we know what it means. We look at the judges as well as people in the audience, and we look and gesture in different places to match what we're saying.
