A year was passed and Inês still loved Eli, she was in pain and sad for everything she passed with him but she knew she had to live on and Kevin was there for help her, for whenever she need. Kevin knew that someday she will forget him and finally see how much he loves her, how much he really cares about her. He hope to make her smile and loved, something that Eli didn't make, something that no one could ever did.

Inês was playing games in her bedroom when Kevin knocked on the door and said "Can I enter?", obviously that she said yes.

"Annyeong~ How are you sweetheart? Do you feel better today?" 

"A-annyeong Kevin.. I'm fine, thanks."

He felt sad inside, she was so mean to him without even a reason, he tried to help her but the only thing she could do it's being rude to him, something that he hated but he couldn't do anything about it, deeply inside he knew she didn't do it on purpose but he still felt sad when she do it.

"Hm.. Do you need anything or?"

"... I need someone to take care of me and love me." - He smiled.

"But in that case, I'm here for you, like always."

"I know, you've been always there, since the begining, since we were only 13 years! I know you always helped me with everything, with every boy, with every relationship and all those stuff but now.. It seems that it's all gone, my heart is a mess." - He sat up next to her and hold her hand softly.

"What do I always say?"

"... «even if it's hard, better days will come»"

"What should you do?"

"I don't know, I really don't."

"Look at me, I'm your best friend and I love you from the bottom of my heart, do you really think I'm happy for seeing you like this? For not being able to help you when you need me the most? It hurts, my heart hurts so much for seeing you like this, in pain for a stupid guy! He don't deserve a single tear coming from you, he deserves nothing! Your heart could be a mess now but I promise you that he will be happy and loved again, you just need to believe in that, believe in me, in us"

And that's what she did.
