MY GOD.. SORRY FOR THE LATE UPDATE.. TT Lee Donghae, age 23, good looking, rich, had beautiful yet piercing eyes, thin delicious lips, soft skin, and fair height. He was the exact replica of the prince every teenage girl dream of. He was suited to be called the ‘perfect dream guy’. However, his almost perfect like appearance hid a cruel reality. Lee Donghae was a cold hearted, anti social leader of the mafia gang called “Geu lim Ja” commonly known as shadow. Shadow, it was one of the respected yet feared notorious gang in South Korea. Police and local government already took notice of them but too wary to even try and stop them. But it’s not like the shadow was doing illegal things. No, in fact they even stopped whatever illegal that was happening in their area. Donghae’s gang members, his followers were called ‘shadows’ while Donghae, himself got the name; “Dark”   It was an ordinary day at the shadow’s hideout, -even though they couldn’t really call it a hideout for like every single person in the city knew where it was located yet nobody dared to go; probably too scared to step foot in the place, fearing that the shadows might killed them-. Inside an abandoned looking building, in a wide room located in the fifth floor was the Dark Room, it was a room for the Shadow’s leader, it was Donghae’s little paradise. Nobody was allowed in the said room, nobody except of course, a few important people.   In the Dark room, there was Donghae, seated rather uncomfortably in a swivel chair, facing his desk. The latter’s face was twisted into unimaginable scowl as his eyes were stuck in the screen of his laptop, re-reading the e-mail that was sent to him by one of his “shadows”. It said that the shadows controlling the city of Kwangju were being over taken by another mafia gang so they needed their leader’s help. After Donghae re-read the e-mail for the ninth time, he finally made a decision regarding the solution for this problem. His eyes narrowed as he bit his lips, he shook his head and closed the laptop’s lid. He pulled his cell phone out of his pocket in unlikely manner and dialed a number. Pushing the call button, he waited a few moments before someone from the other line answered a “Hello.”   “We need to talk. It’s something important. Where are you?” asked Donghae, seriousness and authority were dripping in his voice. If it’s a normal person he was talking to, for sure, that person would have been crumbled by fear, uneasiness and intimidation. But no, Donghae was talking to a rather un-normal person.    The person on the line did what was least expected, he chuckled, earning a groan from Donghae, the latter frowned as he shook his head, “Hyukjae,” he warned in his dangerous voice. The person on the other line –now, known as Hyukjae- paid no attention to his leader’s warning, “I’m on my way to the hideout. I’ll be there in a few minutes…” Hyukjae said gravely, “Dark” he added, almost teasingly   Donghae took no bother at the mention of his endearing nick name. Hyukjae was one of his closest friends, not like he had so many close friends, he only had two. Hyukjae and Kyuhyun, the first one decided to stay in the gang, saying that he wanted to help him while the latter decided to move on, to forget this life, to live a normal life. Donghae didn’t do anything, he just let his friend walked away, saying nothing but he knew deep inside himself, he was jealous, he too, wanted to live a normal life, he wanted to escape this burden his brother had left in his shoulder. His brother, Donghwa was the founder and the original leader, the real “Dark” of ‘Shadows’ but when he died, he had left the gang and its doing to Donghae, being the only family member alive, the latter thought that he had no choice, he needed to continue what his brother started. He was stuck to this life and there was no escape. He was totally trapped in the darkness.   “Donghae, are you still there?” a voice deferred Donghae’s musings, putting a stop to his thoughts. The latter nodded his head, even though he knew that Hyukjae couldn’t see him, “Yeah, I’m still here.” Donghae replied in his frigid voice, he swung the swivel chair around, standing up from his seat. He let his eyes wandered around tranquil ambiance of the room as his hand tightened his clutch to his cell phone when he saw a person standing, not far away from him, with an inquisitive look on his eyes; he was holding a thick blue covered book on his hand. Donghae immediately muttered an “I’ll talk to you later” to Hyukjae and pushed the end call button on his phone, returning it back to his pocket.   Donghae smiled, -a rare smile- as he slowly advanced towards the person, he inhaled deeply, “Sungmin” he said in a hushed tone, a rather odd thing. Him, Donghae, the ‘dark’, the leader of the shadows, being soft, showing care and concern on his voice, Sungmin was the only one who could to that to Donghae   The person, now known as Sungmin put the book down on the table near to him, as he walked closer to Donghae, his head was bowed, feeling a little debased. Once Sungmin was close enough for Donghae to reach, the latter gathered him into his arms, enveloping him into a tight embrace. Sungmin said nothing and just let Donghae wrapped his arms around his waist, he snuggled closer to the latter, inhaling his hooking scent.    “Sungmin,” Donghae mumbled into Sungmin’s ear, his hand was wrapped protectively on the latter’s waist.    Sungmin looked up to him gratefully, blinking his round innocent eyes.
