What is this shining story about?

For all of Kiseop’s life, his dream was to become the greatest pirate in the world. All he wanted was to sail the seas plundering treasure and going on great adventures. All he got was a boring job working at the local bar in his hometown.

However, Kiseop’s life takes a turn for the best (or worse depending on the situation) when a notorious pirate ship docks at the harbor. Kiseop is then into a world where everything he thought was the truth was just a pile of lies.
