Then, he bumps into the popular Kim Myungsoo and jokingly asks him out on a date. Sungyeol has heard of Kim Myungsoo and that he goes out with the first person who asks him out at the beginning of the week and dumps them when that week is over. Sungyeol doesn’t believe that Myungsoo is serious about dating him…is he?

*****

Hello, I'm Isabelle Dawn with this new story. It includes Kim Myungsoo and Lee Sungyeol :) Obviously...LOL. This story was inspired (er, based on?) the adorable manga that goes by the same title. Check it out if you'd like ^.^ Anyway, please comment and subscribe! Check out my Woogyu fic, too! :3 Stay tuned!

Edit: (22/4/2012) So, I think I'm going to also re-write this story in Myungsoo's point of view, uh, just because this one is in Sungyeollie's point of view :D Yeah, I think I'll put it as a seperate story after this one is complete *nods head* Check that one out, too :) Also, isn't the poster so cute? It was done by the Ahjussi and Chicken Graphic Shop! Gooo check 'em out!

Foreword

I sat down against the brick wall attached to the gate of our school. I finished a phone call with my mom and had decided I didn’t want to talk to her when I was inside. The breeze blew, taking away my worries with it. Just then, I was pulled away from my daydreaming when a car pulled up right in front of me. Kim Myungsoo walked out of the passenger seat, waving goodbye to the woman who was in it. I heard of him. Kim Myungsoo was known for going out with someone new every week and breaking up with them at the end of it. I thought it was harsh but Sungjong had told me he was never hated for it. In fact, many girls were still lining up to be that lucky girl to date him. Maybe, it’s just his pretty face.

“Oh,” Myungsoo said, startled by my presence, “Hey, sunbae.”

“Hey, Myungsoo,” I greeted. “Was that your girlfriend of last week?” Myungsoo tilted his head as he walked over to me.

“Oh, no,” Myungsoo chuckled. “Aren’t there classes going on?”

“It’s a free period right now.” Myungsoo sat next to me. His presence was comfortable. I stared at him, examining every feature of his face. “Kim Myungsoo is a popular guy. Girls are always waiting to be next because even though his relationships last only a week, he does anything to make the other happy in that time.” He let out a sigh, running a free hand through his hair. He didn’t seem like such a bad guy despite skipping school all the time and going out with a number of girls. “So,” I began, “It’s a Monday. Has anyone asked you out yet?”

“Hmm?” Myungsoo looked like he was just spaced out. “…Oh no, not yet. I didn’t think the third years would’ve known about me,” he said with a laugh. I raised an eyebrow at him. You’re much more popular than you think, Myungsoo.

“So, you’ll go out with anyone as long as they ask you first? Even if they’re not your type?”

“My type?” Myungsoo bit his lip. “You won’t know someone just by the way they look. I guess, my type is the person that I like and am in love with.”

“Oh, so, there isn’t a face or body type you like?”

Myungsoo pondered my words for a second. He was looking up into the sky. “Looks don’t really matter to me. I don’t really think about someone’s face or body whether it’s y or cute.” He turned his head back at me and said, “I like your face though, sunbae.”

I was used to people liking me for only my face and going out with them and it seemed to be no exception when it came to Myungsoo. “Then…how about it?” Curiosity filled me. I wanted to know if Myungsoo took any kind of confession. If his words were right. That he liked my face and that he accepted any confession from any person.

            “What?”

“Why don’t you go out with me for the week?”

It was quiet between us. The next thing I knew was Sungjong running and looking for me. “Ah, hyung, there you are. The teacher wanted to see you.” He grabbed my hand and before I knew it, he was dragging me back into the school.

Myungsoo called out, “I’ll find you after school, sunbae!” As Sungjong pulled me along, I could see in my peripheral vision that Myungsoo was waving to me with a smile on his face.
