Personality:
Songhyuk is the type of person who likes to keep to himself. He doesn’t want to bother people, so he doesn’t talk about his problems. However, he is more than willing to sit there and listen to other’s problems. He’ll try to be friendly, but he won’t talk much at all. He prefers not being touched if it can be helped. When in private he feels he can let loose and enjoys himself more. He’s the type of person who dances to music only he can hear when he is alone.
History:
Songhyuk was born in Ottawa Ontario Canada, where he lived until he was 6 years old. He was taught both Korean and English growing up. When he was 6 his mother’s father became ill, so the whole family moved to Seoul to take care of the elder. While there he fell in love with the music, and developed a habit of singing along to every song that came on the television. His grandfather would scold him for it, but his grandmother always encouraged his hobby by buying him CDs of the newest band. When Songhyuk was 18 he decided to audition behind his families back. The first two companies he had auditioned for had rejected him. When he finally built up the courage to audition for SM he was blown away to learn that he was finally accepted. From there he began his life as a trainy, working hard at everything he did.
