Welcome to sael university roleplay, based on discord(au).Seasons of Time University (SAEL) celebrates the ever-changing nature of knowledge, with programs and courses that adapt and evolve with the passing seasons. Just as time brings transformation in nature, our university embraces change and growth in education, preparing students to thrive in every season of life.

guidelines
1.one character per person, we do not allow double accounts. subscribe to the thread. aff account must be at least 6 weeks old. this is a closed au roleplay based on discord & sharing the server link is prohibited.
2.only people in the korean industry are accepted. faceclaims below the age of 20 are not allowed. we do not accept people who do not wish to be roleplayed, those who have passed and those involved in controversies.
3.please match your icon to your fc while in the roleplay, including those without nitro. not following the rules will result in one strike. we are run on a 3-strike system, so please follow the rules if you wish to stay with us.
4.stay in character and keep ooc talks to a minimum if it isn't in the ooc channel. if needed, do add spoilers for any ooc talk. we follow the korean standard timing in the roleplay, which is gmt+9. pw is your fav constellation
5.no limits for tcc and ccs. tcc lasts 3 days and have a cooldown period of 5 days. cc has a cooldown of 7 days. hiatus last a maximum of 1 week, while semi-hiatus last for a maximum of 2 weeks but we expect you to message every few days. if any extension is needed, feel free to tell the mods.
6.do not bring any external drama into the server. if you have any issues not pertaining to the roleplay, bring it to dms. if the issue persists, open a ticket and bring it up to the mods.
7.#lovewins. however we have a 5 day ban before you may become an official couple if you meet in the university. we also welcome move in couples. no pregnancy btw..
8.if any issues arise, or any tcc/cc/hiatus/leaving, do open a ticket and wait for a mod to respond. sael is a university that only offers undergrad programmes, do keep this in mind when applying.
9.cliques and the like may be unavoidable, but we still expect everyone in the server to not be selective or ignore others. welcome everyone and treat everyone with equal respect. facechasing, godmodding,etc. are prohibited.
10. refrain from mentioning triggering topics that may cause any discomfort to the people in the roleplay. if you need someone to talk to, bring it to the private dm with any mods available. we're always here to listen and be there for you.
11. inactivity for 4 days will result in a kick out. do be active if you wish to stay with us!

there are 4 houses & dorms available for you to choose from once you step into the place. pick wisely as we don't allow any changes once you've made your decision. the 4 dorms fall into the following categories:

2. solstitial (summer) : 7/15
3. equinox (autumn) : 10/15
4. hoarfrost (winter) : 12/15
additionally, for your year of education, we only have 3 years: freshmen, juniors and seniors.

how to join
1.check the masterlist to see the availablity of your desired faceclaim, if you're having hard time to choose, do check our wishlist below.
2. apply below on the comment section following the format (applications not following the format will be rejected.) and wait for approval. you may reserve for a maximum of one friend.
3. you have 24 hours once an admin accepts your reservation to dm base aff with your fc + oc name, and discord username. a link to the server will be sent to you afterwards, do not share the link with anyone else.
4. members have 48 hours to hit level 4 in the server to be considered active.
