MAKING AN OUTLINE FOR PICTURES -

1.) File>Open Image
2.) Render Your Image (Check Chapter 4 if you don't know how.)
3.) Select>None
4.) Look At Your Layers box and right click on your layer.>Alpha To Selection
5.) Right Click on your photo>Select>Grow>6(Or whatever size you want your outline to be.)
6.) Go to your Bucket Tool and Fill in the outline with a color or pattern.
7.) File>Save Image As>NAME.png

MAKING AN OUTLINE FOR TEXT -

1.) Make your text
2.) Look at your layers box and right click on your text layer>Alptha To Selection
3.) Right Click on your photo>Select>Grow>3(Or whatever size you want your outline to be.)
4.) Go to your bucket tool and fill in the outline with a color or pattern.
5.) File>Save Image As>NAME.png
