As Minjeong settled into her seat in Jimin's office, she couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her. She had been counting down the minutes until their next session, eager to continue their conversation from their last meeting. But as soon as Jimin greeted her with a warm smile, Minjeong's worries resurfaced.

Jimin could sense the weight on Minjeong's shoulders and felt her heart sink a little. She knew how much Minjeong had been struggling and hoped that she could provide some solace.

"How are you feeling today?" Jimin asked, her tone gentle and caring.

Minjeong's eyes met Jimin's, and for a moment, she hesitated. She didn't know how to articulate the maelstrom of emotions swirling within her. But with Jimin's patient presence, she felt a glimmer of hope.

"I don't know," Minjeong replied, her voice soft and hesitant. "I guess I'm feeling a little better than last time, but there's still a lot on my mind."

Jimin nodded, acknowledging Minjeong's struggles with the kindness and understanding she had come to rely on from her psychiatrist. She settled into her seat, giving Minjeong space to share whatever she needed to.

"Tell me about it," Jimin encouraged, her posture attentive and supportive.

Minjeong took a deep breath, her eyes flickering over Jimin's face. She felt a sense of comfort and safety in her psychiatrist's presence, allowing her to open up in ways she never thought possible.

"I've been thinking a lot about my past relationships," Minjeong began, her voice low and reflective. "And there's one in particular that's been on my mind a lot lately."

Jimin leaned in, her curiosity piqued. She knew that examining past relationships could reveal important insights into Minjeong's current patterns of behavior and thinking.

"Who was it?" Jimin asked, her voice gentle and reassuring.

Minjeong looked down at her hands, her fingers twisting together in a nervous gesture. Memories flooded her mind, and she felt a lump form in .

"Her name was Ning Yizhuo," Minjeong whispered, her voice barely audible. "We were roommates in college."

Jimin nodded, sensing the pain and vulnerability behind Minjeong's words. She knew that opening up about a past relationship could be incredibly difficult, but she was determined to support Minjeong through whatever came next.

Minjeong took a deep breath and closed her eyes as she thought back to her college days.

"There was always a rumor going around campus that Yizhuo was in love with me," Minjeong continued. "But she never said anything to me about it, and I didn't press her about it. We were just friends, nothing more."

Jimin furrowed her brow, sensing that there might be more to the story than Minjeong was letting on.

"What happened between you two?" she asked gently.

Minjeong took a deep breath, her eyes clouding over with emotion. "Most of the time, we got along great," she said softly. "But there were times when Yizhuo would get really possessive of me, even though we weren't dating or anything like that. She would get angry if I spent too much time with other people, or if I didn't answer her texts right away. There were times when I felt like she wanted something more from me, but I didn't know how to handle it," Minjeong said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Did anything ever happen between the two of you?" she asked, wondering if there was a reason why Yizhuo might have become possessive.

Minjeong shook her head. "Yeah, one time when we were both beyond drunk, but that was it," she said firmly. "We were just roommates, and friends."

Jimin could see the pain in Minjeong's eyes, and she knew that this was a sensitive topic for her. She wanted to create a safe space for her client to share her story and process her emotions.

"It sounds like it was a complicated situation," Jimin said gently. "How did you feel about Yizhuo's possessiveness?"

Minjeong looked down at her hands, her fingers fidgeting nervously. "I didn't like it," she said finally. "It made me feel trapped and suffocated. But I didn't know how to confront her about it. I didn't want to hurt her feelings or ruin our friendship."

Jimin nodded, understanding the conflicting emotions that Minjeong must have felt at the time. She wondered if this unresolved situation with Yizhuo was contributing to the trauma that had brought Minjeong to her office.

"Did anything else happen between the two of you after that one time?" Jimin asked gently.

Minjeong shook her head. "No, we agreed to just be friends and move on from it," she said firmly. "But things were never the same between us after that. It was like there was this unspoken tension between us, and I could never shake the feeling that Yizhuo still wanted more from me."

Jimin listened carefully, taking note of the subtle cues in Minjeong's body language and tone of voice. She wondered if there was more to this story than Minjeong was letting on.

"Did anything else happen between the two of you that made you uncomfortable?" she asked softly.

Minjeong hesitated for a moment, her eyes darting around the room as she searched for the right words. "There were a few times when Yizhuo would get really angry with me for no reason," she said finally. "She would accuse me of flirting with other people or not being a good enough friend. I didn't know how to handle it, and I was scared to confront her about it."

Jimin felt a wave of concern wash over her as she listened to Minjeong's words. She knew that this was a delicate situation, and she didn't want to push too hard. But she also knew that it was important to explore the dynamics of Minjeong's past relationships in order to help her heal and move forward.

As Minjeong continued to recount her past relationship with Ning Yizhuo, Jimin's concern grew. She knew that possessiveness could be a warning sign of potential abusive behavior, and the fact that Yizhuo had never fully expressed her feelings for Minjeong added another layer of complexity to the situation. When Minjeong mentioned running into Yizhuo recently at a coffee shop near her job, Jimin's mind began to race.

Could Yizhuo be the killer that Minjeong was after?

Jimin decided to dig deeper into this encounter. She wanted to know if there was anything about Yizhuo's behavior that seemed off or concerning.

"What did you talk about with Yizhuo at the coffee shop?" Jimin asked, her eyes trained on Minjeong's face.

Minjeong looked down, her hands twisting nervously in her lap. "Not much, really," she said softly. "Just catching up on old times, I guess."

Jimin nodded, sensing that there was more to the story than Minjeong was letting on. She decided to approach the topic from a different angle.

"Did Yizhuo say anything that made you feel uncomfortable?" she asked, her voice gentle but firm.

Minjeong hesitated before answering. "No, not really," she said finally. "It was just...awkward. I could tell that Yizhuo was still holding onto some old feelings, even though it's been years since we were roommates."

Jimin nodded, taking note of Minjeong's discomfort. She wondered if there was more to this encounter than Minjeong was letting on. She decided to probe a little deeper.

"How did Yizhuo react when you told her about your current situation?" Jimin asked, referring to Minjeong's mission to catch her sister's killer.

Minjeong frowned, thinking back to the conversation. "She was sympathetic, I guess," she said slowly. "But she also seemed a little too interested in the details. Like sh

Chapter 4: Hmm... the plot is good but you keep talking in circles. Every chapter you start of with one paragraph, then the next paragraph ends up being a rewrite of the first. It's too much filler.
