003. only between 40 and 50 members are allowed to join at one given time.
004. p0rn, smvtting, topics are allowed on tl. triggering topics must be kept in dms or twt circle away from the general public.
005. two days of not being active will get you kicked from the rp. if member cap is reached, you will not be able to rejoin until a space is free.
006. there's no dating ban. semi hiatus and hiatuses are allowed after three days in the rp.
007. cc and tcc are unlimited. 24 hour buffer in between each.
