Completed in 2022, THE SEOULSTICE is a 30 storey mixed commercial-residential condominium located in Gangnam of Seoul offering a selection of four different apartment styles. Amenities on the first few levels of the building; such as the convenience store, bakery, cafe and other small businesses can be accessed to by both tenants and non-tenants while facilities on the other levels like the event halls, garden, outdoor bbq pits, the infinity pool and sky bar are exclusive for tenants only. with all that this building has to offer, it is no wonder the seoulstice is one of the hottest spots in the district.

✱ 01. MEMBER ELIGIBILITY

At least [NINETEEN] years of age (born in 2004 or earlier)
 

✱ 02. ACTIVITY EXPECTATIONS

THE MAIN TYPE OF ACTIVITY WE TRACK ARE IN THE FORMS OF STARTERS & THREAD REPLIES MADE IN OUR WRITING GROUPS: THE SKIES, THE SEOULSTICE, EVENTS.

ADDITIONALLY, SNS INTERACTIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE AS WELL, ALTHOUGH WE STILL HIGHLY PREFER AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE'S MAIN FOCUS TO BE ON WRITING.
 

OVER THE COURSE OF [TWELVE] DAYS, MEMBERS CAN DISPLAY ACTIVITY ON:
✦ at least [two] of the threads they currently hold or by posting starters in any of the writing groups listed above.
✦ other muses' sns posts or the introductions made in The Orbit by leaving a total of [four] comments.

If you are nudged for inactivity, you will be given [forty-eight] hours to fulfil any of the requirements we expect above. failure to do so will unfortunately result in an immediate lease termination. if you were nudged for inactivity for a total of [three] times during your stay, you will lose your spot in our collective as well.

(☆) To prevent bubble roleplaying or selectivity as well as to assist members during our monthly check-ins, everyone is required to have at least [four] active threads at the minimum with [four] different muses.

✱ 03. ACTIVITY CHECK-INS
MINI:
made at random and lasts for [five] days.
monthly:
made at random and lasts for [seven] days. members will be required to submit their activity log IN THE CHECK-IN GROUP.

Constantly scraping by our check-ins will warrant you a warning and be placed on close monitoring over a period of time. Repeated behaviour will result in an immediate lease termination.

✱ 04. hiatuses:
please inform the management of the type of hiatus you are requesting for and the duration of it. after [forty-eight] hours of your expected return date, you must inform of your return or your lease will be terminated. This grace timeframe is a consideration of the timezone differences as well as to allow members to request for an extension if needed or to settle in and resume activity.

(☆) Before embarking on any type of hiatus, members are to reply to any [TWO] of their existing threads first. There will also be a one month cooling-off period between each hiatus request. If we find that you require hiatuses frequently, we highly suggest for you to depart and return to the collective when time is permitted for you.

Both types of hiatuses will exempt you from our activity check-ins.
✦ Full Hiatus : max. two weeks, with no activity OR ACTIVITY check-ins required.
✦ Semi Hiatus : max. one month, with ANY FORM OF activity posted thrice over the course of the semi hiatus.

✱ 05. tenant lease termination:
please leave the management a message and wait for an acknowledgement before removing our account from your list or deleting your account altogether. if you wish to return, you may reapply in [seven] days after the day of removal or departure.

(☆) If you have been removed from the collective for a total of [THREE] times due to inactivity, you will unfortunately not be allowed to enter again.

✱ 06. member etiquettE
DEALING WITH OOC MATTERS:
As unpleasant as ooc misunderstandings and conflicts are, they can be inevitable at times. If an issue arises, please do your best to resolve it and prevent escalation. If you have to speak to the management, please feel free to do so. Do note that all reports made on certain situations or members will have to be paired with proof.

STRICTLY NO TOLERANCE FOR:
No godmodding, no fourth-walling, facechasing, otp chasing, relationship chasing, faceclaim hogging, plagiarism and disruptive unruly behaviour. If you are caught by the management or have been brought up in a report with proof, you will first receive a warning. repeated behaviour will result in an immediate lease termination.

 
No bubble roleplaying, selectivity or hostility towards other muses or members. Plotted connections such as rivals or enemies etc. are allowed; however, selectivity in interactions or treatment towards certain muses or members due to personal ill-feelings or favouritism are not. It’s common for established connections to happen between writers and muses but if you are only available for your little group of friends then we have to be honest and tell you that being in a collective like ours is not a good fit for you.

(☆) As a member, we expect you to be welcoming towards everyone. No one likes being left out and everyone deserves to feel like they belong. We highly emphasize on creating a warm and welcoming environment as it is one of the important ingredients of a successful roleplay.

✱ 07. Faceclaim Eligibility & muse age limit

WHO WE ACCEPT:
actors, actresses and other notable figures in the Asian entertainment industry with recognised work; such as producers, rappers, dancers and models who are at least [nineteen] years of age (born in 2004 or earlier)
WHO WE do not ACCEPT:
Those under investigations, have criminal charges against them, are married, trainees (or similar groups of people who lack official information and content), instagram models, youtubers, streamers, adult content creators etc.

AGE LIMIT OF MUSES:
Aged up or down by [FOUR] years only; hower if your faceclaim is [nineteen] or [twenty] years old upon arriving, you have to keep their age as it is.

✱ 08. casting faceclaims & Creating appropriate connections
be respectful and give your muses appropriate names when casting faceclaims There should be absolutely no racebending at all. When it comes to relationships or such similar relations, please be mindful of the ages of your faceclaims and museses, and the other muses connected to them.

(☆) should there be any reason as to why there is any deviance from the name of your muse and the faceclaim's cultural/ethnic background, please declare in your application.

✱ 09. muse occupations
acceptable (least extreme): 
thieves, hackers or other least extreme occupations. If you are unsure if the occupation in mind would be a good fit or not, feel free to contact the management to discuss.
unacceptable (considered extreme): 
assassins, mafia, contract killers etc. as they do not fit with the overall vibe of the roleplay.

✱ 10. muse progression
move-in couples: not accepted.
relationships of muses: [one] month dating ban for each party.
marriages of muses:  [six] months of being in a relationship during their stay here.
(npc) children of muses: after [three] months of marriage.

(☆) please inform the management of your muses' progress for tracking purposes.

 

✱ 11. mandatory muse Biography
as we are focused on plotting and muse development, a biography will help you understand your muse better and aid others as well when it comes to plotting. Please keep in mind that it does not have to be fancy. as long as it consists of the important details of your muse, it should suffice.

 

✱ 12. second muses
You may join with [two] muses right away or choose to start off with only one and wait for a [month] to pick up another. Please ensure that you fulfill the criteria before contacting The Management. Permission will be granted if you have a considerable amount of activity on your first muse, which only then you are allowed to submit an application for your second muse. Activity on both muses will be monitored individually so if one of your muses goes inactive, they will be put up for removal all the same.

(☆) eligibility criteria:
✦ are holding [six] active threads during your stay so far
✦ have written [three] closed starters during your stay so far (self paras do not count!)

✱ 13. muse swapping & other changes 
swapping:
[unlimited] with a [one] month cooldown period between each switch. If we notice you abusing this privilege, you will be put on a temporary ban. Your first switch will only be allowed [tHREE weeks] after your arrival in the Lobby.  no trial switches of any kind.

other changes: minor muse revamp, occupation or apartment unit change; please inform the management.

✱ 14. trigger warnings: 
Mature or triggering content may not be heavily focused on, however that does not eliminate the potential of such content completely. Therefore, please be considerate and label your starters with the necessary TWs if called for. Triggering images or videos are never allowed anywhere in the roleplay.

✱ 15. ROLEPLAY ETIQUETTE
TIMELINE:
refrain from making multiple sns posts in a day. We want to see a variety of posts from a variety of muses and give everyone a chance to shine too. So please pace yourselves! Please state your answer as the keyword when applying: what is a bad habit that your muse has?

PLOTTING:
As a literate collective, we highly emphaszie the importance of writing. We understand that members might have a limit to the amount of threads they can managem however we hope to see members reaching out to one another to plot whenever possible. SHould you be unable to offer plots, you may offer headcanons to keep other muns and muses involved. We do not wish to see members experience any kind of difficulty in this aspect as much as possible.

sns interactions: 
if members are not in a state to wrtie, there are other ways for casual interactions. If there are comments left on your sns posts, please do your best to engage with them as someone has taken a few minutes of their time to comment and we believe that the gesture should be returned! please also show some etiquette and help other members by emoting your own sns posts rather than leaving them blank.

ooc and ic group chats: 
none unless an event requires for a temporary one.

✱ 16. prompts & events:
will be the form of Fun opportunities for development and bonds to be made. In addition, members who are interested in hosting their own games and events for the collective can approach the management to discuss. Generally, ideas and suggestions are welcome too. We would love to hear from the collective!

The Seoulstice was created in mind for writers who just want a space to relax and write to their heart's content. In order to achieve a fun and safe space, we need our members' efforts and cooperation. We also value communication with our members so please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any concerns. ✱ Once you have read through the tenant contract and everything you have to know about the roleplay, you may proceed to fill out and sign the lease here. Please note that you have to apply with an AFF account and/or a Tumblr blog that is at least [four] months old.

✱ Please allow The Management some time to process your signed tenant lease. To check the status of your application, kindly visit our AFF or our Tumblr.

✱ All reservations must include a unique keyword. Please remember this unique keyword as it will be needed in the application.

✱ Please add The Seoulstice in the city section of your profile so we can verify that you are a tenant and not a stranger roaming around the building.

✱ You are given [forty-eight] hours to check in at the lobby. The Management will be expecting your arrival. Failure to show up and your unit will be released.

✱ Once you have been officially introduced in the lobby, you will have to complete a MOVING IN checklist as a new tenant. AT THE TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL, ON THE

✩ 2ND DAY: USING THE TEMPLATE IN THE ORBIT GROUP, CREATE YOUR PROFILE AND MAKE YOUR DEBUT BY INTRODUCING YOURSELF IN OUR EXCLUSIVE APP.

✩ 3RD DAY: GIVE EVERYONE A GLIMPSE OF YOUR LIFE BY PUBLISHING YOUR FIRST SNS POST.
✩ 5TH day: Put up a plot call in the Plots group and include the link to your muse’s bio along with your personal writer tag. If you require assistance on how to link things in your posts, please do not hesitate to reach out!

✩ 7TH day: MAKE AN OPEN STARTER OR A CLOSED STARTER IN THE SKIES OR THE SEOULSTICE GROUP

* SPECIAL NOTE: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SETTING UP BASIC INFORMATION IN YOUR BIO OR COMPLETING YOUR BIO PRIOR TO APPLYING OR ENTERING THE COLLECTIVE AFTER ACCEPTANCE. THIS WILL HELP SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE CHECKLIST DONE ON TIME AND TO AID OTHERS WHEN PLOTTING.
