Underneath the star-filled night, you sat by a bench surrounded by beautiful Christmas lights and

decorations. 

 

"AHHH, what a nice place..." You said as you let out a sigh.

 

The only thing that was going wrong was that you were alone- no single soul was there. It was scary

but you promised yourself that you would wait for him to come. Just a few days ago

you made him realize that you really loved him and would wait until he comes. Silly as it

may seem, waiting for him, was what you could do. You were the one who started this anyway, it's just your 

heart telling you that everything you do, no matter how your brain said no and everything, is just never 

coming to a happy ending. 

 

"WHERE ARE YOU??" You shouted as tears fell down from your eyes

It's 12:00 midnight and you were losing hope. Instead of going you stayed for a few minutes to cry. 

 

/"so this is love?"/ you thought as you took a deep breath? 

 

You had to force yourself off the bench, stand, and just give up. It was really hard, but now you 

 

must let go and find a new start. You stood up, grabbed your bag and wiped your face. As you slowly 

 

walked away. After a few steps you felt arms surrounding you from behind.

 

"I thought you weren't leaving until I came?" a sly voice from behind you said.

 

"J-Jeong... J-Jeongmin? Oppa??" You said as you cried harder.

 

Suddenly he turned you around and hugged you really tight, and at that moment he let you cry on his chest.

 

"Hmmm... Don't cry... I came, didn't I? So please..." He said.

 

"Yeah... Did you have to make me wait so long?" You said while crying on his shirt.

 

"Sorry... I... I was confused..." He said.

 

"wh--" You were cut off. "shush. I'll talk for now." He interrupted.

 

"You are really one of a kind, imagine, just for me, you crossed an ocean-- just to go here to Korea.

Persuing your love-- and hopefully, mine. It made me so happy, despite the fact that you were just a fan. Until that day you bumped into me and asked for directions. You did not even notice me, and went on to tell the story that you were 

 

so in love with me. I laughed at it, thinking, the fact that... /really? A fan would do that...? Just for me?/... Then we talked, became 

 

friends until the day you discovered that it was me and went off crying in the closet. I followed 

 

you and you told me how you really felt and here I am now... I am here to say my response to that confession..." he said

 

"Wait... No, you don't need to... I know..." You said

 

"Hmm... I Want to say it anyway..." he replied.

 

"Y-yeah... No... Just-- No. I don't need the answer. You came and that's fine." You said as you hugged him tighter

 

"I did not know that you were that scared..." Jeongmin said

 

"uhmppp!" You made a sound as you buried your face into his chest.

 

"You know... I like you too." He said as he pushed you and faced you, eye-to-eye.

 

Your face was so red and it was embarassing. Jeongmin had a straight face yet he was really blushing.

 

"So, how do you feel?" he asked.

 

"you already know so..." you answered.

 

"Yah... You know, guys should be the one saying this so response... Please??" he said

 

"I LIKE YOU AND I LOVE YOU!" You shouted and blushed right away

 

Suddenly you saw a smirk form on Jeongmin's face and in a split second you felt a pair of warm lips 

 

touching yours. Eventually, white magic flakes started to fall from the sky as the both of you enjoyed each 

 

other's company.
