you are the warmest feeling

you are the warmest feeling

And it wasn't really a breakup, their love never ended. In their hearts, they are still committed to each other.

But how do broken people cope? One shifts their attention to someone else, one tries to destroy themself.

But the question is— Is it helpful? Does it take them anywhere? Does it make it any better?

Two lost souls who lost their home..

One will realise looking for a distraction doesn't help— for they still long for their person.

One will take a step to be independent, grow up and mature.

The one who realises they don't need someone— cuts off this person.

They immediately gathered their strength and courage to text their person.

They've admitted their mistakes, confessed their love and asked for forgiveness.

The person on the other line— their person responded with "Welcome home."

Two words, only two words and they felt whole again.

This is them, this is their story.

The person who has grown up— Moon Byulyi, is always ready to support her partner, Yongsun.

Kim Yongsun— has also grown up because of Byul's support.

Their love is stronger than ever, healthier and happier than ever.

Yong has promised to never leave her person's side— Byul.

Her person promised the same.

The two of them worked on their goals and dreams together.

Byul and Yong felt so safe and secure about their relationship.

It is time to take it further.

"Moon Yongsun" has a nice ring to it.

Without a doubt, with all the certainties— Byul proposed.

A new life—where they're united as one.

Byul and Yong are both so happy, they moved together in their dream house.

Cottage core style— with their own greenhouse, garden.

"Honey, this is where I will grow the flowers."

"Hmm? Can you still grow?"

Yongsun— realising what her wife said— her face turned into a garden of red rose.

"Byul, big dummy."

Byul kissed her wife's forehead, carried her— bridal style.

"Wife, let's make some babies?"

Yongsun's garden grew even more.

They felt so home in each other's arms.

They're both so happy.

Despite everything they went through— their love only continues to blossom.

"Orange"— "Bingus"

Byul and Yong are taking a step forward— they're getting a cat.

"Okay, we'll adopt whoever you want but we'll name it Bustin Jieber."  "No."

Byul never wins any arguments— and she likes it that way.

She doesn't want to make her wife angry or sad.

Yong held Byul's hand.

"I love you, wife."

"i love you more, wife."

This is the life they dreamt of, ever since they started dating in 2015.

A happy, comfy life together.

Just them, their cat— with their dream home and life.

Growing old together is never easy.

But they never drifted apart, their love grew stronger.

Their wrinkled skin, their old bones—

The proof that they made it through it all together.

Chapter 1: That's very beautiful. I really thought it was angst at first and tried to prepare myself from feeling sad, but this is sweet, cozy and feels like home. Thanks for sharing your work. I love it a lot.
