Kun was born as a powerful witch from the get go and when he was merely a  few hours old and crying for attention, it was not his mother that comforted him, it was a majestic fox who pawed at the door and ran passed by the adults to lay next to the new born and lay a comforting snout on the baby to calm him down.

When He was a toddler wandering out in the garden and chasing the butterflies, a black panther cub had growled and knelt in front of him and allowed him to pet the dangerous cat all but laughing and giggling while the familiar fox just looked on fondly at the kid.

And When Kun hit puberty, his parents were no longer surprised when a brown bear suddenly walked out of the woods and pawed at the teen’s leg while he brushed the hair from his familiars.

Or  three times Kun  found  his familiars.
