To ensure this place will run smoothly and all our members feel comfortable, we do have a few rulesย in placeย โ€• but don't worry, they're mostly guidelines! We reserve the right to add or change our rules depending on how the roleplay develops. All changes and additions will be shared with our members when they're implemented.

What exactly is Neon?
Neon is an AU/OC collective, rather than a closed RP group. What does this mean, you ask? We differ from a regular roleplay in three key points: activity, members and privacy. Our rules are relaxed and we won't ask you to post x number of times per week or comment on x number or posts, but instead we put our trust in our members to still keep an active and engaging community but letting them do it on their own terms, when they feel motivated to do so.ย As a collective, we will allow more than one of each FC. Our current limit is 5ย muses per faceclaim, but this may come to change in the future. As for privacy, you're allowed to add and rp with whomever you want, whether they're listed at Neon or not. As such, you also do not need to add everyone listed with Neon, although we highly encourage you to do so toย reach out!

There are no formal activity requirements here at Neon. Profiles will be checked once a month and if we see no sign of activity from you in that time, we will remove you from the collective, but you're more than welcome to rejoin at any time. While our requirements are relaxed, we do encourage feed activity for a lively community!

Due to the potential of mature content, all muns and muses must be over the international age of 21 to join. We recommend stating somewhere publicly on your profile whether your muse is SFW or so members can easily recognize who to add or not according to their preference. As such, content such as pictures and videos with is only allowed in the Rated group. Plots and threads with and/or other mature content is allowed in public groups, but we ask everyone to be mindful ofย triggers and not post anything too extreme. Semi- pictures (ex. wearing only underwear but no private parts showing)ย are allowed on the timeline.

We will only be accepting AU and OC muses. All accounts must be single-verse and single-ship, and we therefore have no limit to how many muses/accounts you can bring (meaning one account per muse/verse). You can have two muses with FCs from the same group, but you cannot have two muses with the same FC. We accept all Asian and international FCs. Be respectful towards the admins and members, as well as the FCs you use โ€• racebending and/or genderbending is not allowed. Deceased, married, those involved in scandals, wishing not to be roleplayed and ig models with less than 700k followers, people without an agency or youtubers are not allowed.

The timeline is reserved for IC sns posts only, threads are to be made either in our public group or in private, and ooc chat is to be kept in our designated group or in private.
