Cupid, the one that makes people fall in love and help others find their true fated one. Grim Reaper, the one that takes our soul away to the afterlife when our time is near. Both supernaturals help and play their parts in the background. Also both terms have been heard as one or the other, but never together.  That is until the arrival of a mortal being claimed as the one and only Cupid Reaper named Serena. Serena has the dual role of a Messenger of Love and the Caller of Souls.

So what actually is a Cupid Reaper and what does a Cupid Reaper do? It is her duty to fulfill the roles and complete her missions as best as she can. More than that, Serena also lives her life as a so-called ordinary human being without the full knowledge of either worlds. Of course the first year was a little rocky as she had to adjust, but the next two years were a breeze once she got her powers under control. Near the end of her fourth year and into the new year once it begins, Serena's tripartite life starts to play out.

She only knows what she knows as it starts to come together, but maybe not the way she had thought it would. Still, all of this is for her comatose sister, Melanie, that she inadvertently put into that situation in the first place. Serena's life also gets complicated when another human being by the name of Hyungwon is able to see her in both forms, but doesn't recognize her when she's a mortal except for a scent she gives off that only he can smell.

On top of that, Serena's next charges she's assigned to assist with whatever wishes they desire, her human life unknowingly gets involve as they all become connected in their own way.  Besides the newly interactions that comes into her life, Serena still deals with her familiars and those of the other realms, but she's with the flow as there's no real point in worrying about something that you cannot change no matter how much you try to set your own path.
