Flashback

Six years ago

 

*Jaehyuk and Junghwa are at the comic book store Prince Comics as usual. 

 

Jaehyuk: Nuna, are you done reading that? *points to Doraemon*

 

Junghwa: No I’m still reading it.

 

Jaehyuk: But I want to read it.

 

Junghwa: Just wait.

 

Jaehyuk: Just read this one! 

 

*Jaehyuk gives her Sailor Moon comic

 

Junghwa: But I wanna read Doraemon!

 

Jaehyuk: But nuna-

 

*Jaehyuk and Junghwa fight over the comic book and they both fall onto the ground. Junghwa lands on top of Jaehyuk and accidentally kisses him. She quickly gets up flustered.

 

Junghwa: Okay okay you can read it.

 

Jaehyuk: Uh yeah thanks.

 

*Jaehyuk sits back down and reads the Doraemon comic. Junghwa takes the Sailor Moon comic and keeps looking at Jaehyuk. Jaehyuk’s ears turns bright red thinking about the kiss incident earlier. After a long awkward silence, Jaehyuk opens up the conversation.

 

Jaehyuk: How about we eat ramen nuna?

 

Junghwa: Uh yeah good idea. I’ll be right back.

 

*Junghwa leaves the scene and thinks to herself.

 

Junghwa’s mind: Damn it! Why did I kiss him? What on earth are you thinking?

 

*Jaehyuk blushes thinking about the incident

 

Jaehyuk: I can’t believe nuna stole my first kiss. *smiles touching his lips*

 

*A few moments later, Junghwa comes back with a tray of ramen cups. They eat in silence until Jaehyuk says.

 

Jaehyuk: Um… nuna about the incident-

 

Junghwa: I’m sorry I didn’t mean to. It was just-

 

Jaehyuk: I know we were fighting about a stupid comic.

 

*Junghwa and Jaehyuk look at each other laughing

 

Junghwa: So we’re cool now?
 

Jaehyuk: Yeah. But, nuna, can I ask you something?

 

Junghwa: Sure what is it? *eats her ramen*

 

Jaehyuk: When I am an adult, can I date you? As your boyfriend I mean.

 

Junghwa: Sure Jaehyuk. 

 

Jaehyuk: *eyes sparkle* Really, nuna? You pinky promise?

 

*Jaehyuk hands out his pinky finger to her and she pinky promises him.

 

Junghwa: Pinky promise. *smiles at him*

 

End of flashback

 

Jaehyuk´s mind: You promised me you would date me when I’m an adult, but why aren’t you my girlfriend? 

 

*Jaehyuk sighs deeply and gets on the bus with heavy footsteps behind him.
