Satomi arrived early at the hospital to check in on her duty just to be welcomed by her Senior Shigeaki. "Sugimoto sensei. I heard you had fun on the emergency duty last time, would you want to---" he was cut off when Satomi glared at her shotting him with eyes like a dagger as he continued "Would you want to go duty now at the Cardiology Department?" Seems like he was struck by a dagger as he cleared and gave her three metal clipboards signalling the patient room she will handle today. 

BEEP! 

The intercon beeped as Satomi pressed the green button "Mosh Mosh Sato-chan" she knows already who owns that jolly and active voice already and she knows that her senior already gave the Cardiology department a heads up for today's duty. 

"Nakajima sensei, ill be there in a second" She answered as the other lines voiced chuckled and uttered Hai  before cutting down the line. 

As she clicked opened the elevator someone welcomed her with eyes looking down at her "Yo!" he said. 

"Getting early to be late or what?" Satomi said as she tap the young man's chest with the metal clipboards she is holding. "Go go, did you timed in already or did you annoy me first?" She asked as the doctor shots his eyes on her with hands on his mouth as he smiled. "Ofcourse I checked i, ill be just going to the quarters to get my gown and start my rounds" he uttered making Satomi kick his long legs. "Go away from me" and laughed as she went on the nursing station. 

"Dr, Sugimoto. Are you incharge of the patient on Room 202?" The nurse asked as the doctor she met butted in raising his clipboard. "Its on my round today why?" he asked checking the clipboard again and nods. "Give the patient Aspirin for now then ill get back this afternoon, ill just check the other patients" he said as Satomi looked at him.

"You wont check on the patient?" She asked looking at the guy who looked at him while smiling. "If i check on that patient he will insists on taking another IV drug which not prescribed for him" He said. "But, Yuto, isnt the drug you gave him just a remedy?" making the doctor nods. "Coz he actually should be discharged a week ago but he never listens and insisted he is sick. And will result to a minor heart attack" He tilted his head as he pats her head. "So how are you coping up lately? I heard you punched someone just recently" 

She shot him a glare as she crossed her arms "First, i didnt punched anyone okay?" she corrected "I just went to the orthopedic station because someone needs it asap" she continued making the guy nods. "For Ms. Sugimoto to mend a broken bone is unusual. What makes this person special that you actually used your non specialization side?" 

"He is annoying" 

"So its a he?" 

Satomi glared at Yuto as he made an annoying face making Satomi look at him. "Aside from my brother and Yuta, i didnt know you would try to do orthopedics again?" 

"First, I didnt know he would need a cast" She said while explaining "Second, why would you compare him to those two when he is nothing like them" Yuto pointed at her as he smiled "Yes, i do think this guy would be nothing like Yuta who would rather cheat on you on your first anniversary than waiting for you who did overtime that time, yes totally different" He said making Satomi stomped on his feet upon hearing that name again. 

"Ouch! But, its true. Your ex is an and stupid." Yuto added as he shrugged his shoulder making Satomi sighed in losing an argument. "Thank to my brother he actually deserved that punch on his face for making you look like more stupid than you are" He pulled out a tongue at her as he ran for his life going for rounds. 

Satomi clearly remember that day where Yuta and her should have their anniversary date, she even thought he would propose to her. Her fantasies were suddenly gone into shards when one of the nurse that would be on duty that day happened to saw his boyfriend going to a specific hotel that night that she was confused because she never remembered booking on a hotel, but rather on a nearby restaurant. Upon knowing that, she immediately went out after her shift which is 11PM, overtime unlike her usual out of 9PM. She went on the hotel the nurse told her and immediately went to the counter to ask if someone is booked under Tamamori Yuta and to her surprise there is. A sudden pang hits her chest knowing she should expect for the worst, but on her right side of the brain she thought that maybe he got some surprise for her, not until she saw the surprise on her right when she saw Tamamori with his arms on a girl on her dress and they are walking romantically with Yuta kissing her not being aware that her girlfriend is there, and Satomi being numb on what she saw just went back on the hospital with hopes down crying on her quarters until Sehun came knocking and asked for his brother but instead he saw a crying mess Satomi that made him  track down the guy and went there immediately to give him a lesson. 

"Dr. Sugimoto" A nurse tapped her arm as she stood there frozen for she dont know till when as she snapped and looked at her. "Your rounds?" She chuckled as she nod. "Oh sorry, i think im just sleepy again. Lets go" She followed the nurse to go her rounds that day. 

"Re-i-n chan" Rein just got off from her broadcast as someone poked her cheeks. "Whatsup!" He said making Rein smiled as the guy bent down to look at her. "You dont look okay" 

"No, im fine. Maybe just hangover from last night?" She said as the guy stood up straight putting his index finger on his mouth laughing. "You got drunk?" 

Rein shotted him a look as she bit her lips whacked her seniors head. "Yah im with my friends last night and yes, i can get drunk" Seojoon keeps on laughing at her as he pointed at the door behind her "Because the last time you got drunk i remember you singing loud till my ears burst open, so i wonder what did you this time?" He chuckled as Rein crossed her arms and rolled her eyes "Punched someone" that made Seojoon looked at her with eyes wide open as he cant believe? "Really? Who is the lucky person" 

"I dont wanna remember" Rein said as she saw the guy with a T Square walked past by them as she ran and grabbed his collar "YOU!!" 

The guy turned around and looked at her confusedly 

"Do I know you?" The guy as Rein pointed at the T Square. "Next time please do not hang your tsqaure dangerously like that. Didnt you saw me last time? My head is almost knocked out because of what you did" She ranted as the guy just looked at him. "I dont know what you are saying" Then walked ahead of her leaving Rein dumbfounded. What an . 

"Why are you venting your anger on that guy who wasnt doing anything to you?" Seojoon scoots beside her and crossed his arms. "That guy happened to bump and knock my head last time. What is he here?" She asked.

Seojoon scratched his head as he looked at Rein "They are architects and apparently, he isnt the only one who is working here with a TSquare" Seojooon added as he pointed at the guy she just confronted. 

"Yes, coz actually theres also me" A boy butted in as Rein whipped her head looking at the guy who just talked. 

"YOU!!!!!" Rein pointed at her and the guy bent on her height with his glasses on he laughed. 

"Baka" he said as he laughed walking out of Rein's sight. 

"Who is he?" 

"The one i punched" Rein walked out of the area leaving Seojoon staring at the guy who is still laughing.

"Are you sure you can go home by yourself" Yuto asked as Satomi was ready to leave for work nodding. "Ofcourse, im not a kid Yuto. I even went to the bar last night mind you" She said making Yuto clapped his hands before he got called out again for another rounds as he signalled Satomi a calling sigh for her to call him when he gets home. 

'Call me okay?" Satomi nodded as she grabbed her bag and went out the hospital while checking her phone. 

"Hi-sa-shi-bu-riiiiii Satomi chan" Satomi knew where that voice came from as she turned to look and saw someone she doesnt wanna see forever.

"What are you doing here?" She asked backing off. 

"I missed you" The guy uttered while he looked at her. 

"No you dont, its been one year, go away" Satomi shouted as the guy came forward at her trapping her between a tree and himself. 

"Didnt you missed me too?" He said as he grew closer to you looking at her as if nothing happened. "I know you missed me Sato, I know you do even you dont tell me" He laughs as Satomi can feel her body shook from this guy's presence. 

"Why wont you leave me alone" Satomi's voice shaken.

Yuta, the guy who is trapping her shushed her by placing his finger on her lips calming her down while his other hands grabs her neck making her draw more closer to him "Shush, shush, dont be scared, Im here. I wont leave you" he said leaning his forehead on hers as Satomi tried to get away from his grip. 

"Get away from me!!!!!" She shouted shutting her eyes closed when someone's voice was heard aside from Yuta's laughs.

"She said get away from her" The voice said as Yuta gives a scoff and looks down letting go of Satomi.

"And who are you?" 
"Just a passerby, let her go. She wants you to let go." 

"She is my girlfriend, so you go" Yuta said as the guy chuckled lowly and Satomi's eyes opened to see who this guy is who she cant see properly because of the improper lighting in the area. 

"Really? If she is then she would kiss you instead rather than saying let go" The guy said as he grabbed Yuta's collar "Go away from her before i call the cops" He warned Yuta as he pushed the guy and ran looking at Sato pointing at her again. "Im not yet done with you" then ran off. 

He held Satomi's shoulder as she leaned her head on the guys chest and listened to her rants about the guy too fast he cant cope up. Upon fiishing her rants Yabu looked at her and Satomi's eyes widened "You?" she said as Yabu nods "So thats what happened. Want me to place a file against him? After all he abused her right now. I can be a witness' He said as Satomi pulled away, fixed her hair and looked at him. "Im sorry and thank you" She bowed as Yabu smiled and looked at her crossing her arms. "Say, wanna come with me? Its lonely to celebrate a birthday alone" he smiled as Satomi looked at him. "Its your birthday?" He nodded and she sighed in defeat. "I can accept that as a thank you" He smiled as Satomi just nod and followed him.
