What is love?

Love is often described as being patient and kind.

But is it possible for that love you have for someone to slowly fade and go?

For it to slowly disappear?

Kwon Jiyong always wondered when it happened. When did it first started? He loved her so much that it hurts. He ached all over just seeing her in pain. The dull doe eyes that was once filled with gleam and joy has become completely empty.

They said love is suppose to overcome challenges, makes it stronger, but how come theirs destroyed it?

She tried to hide it but he knew exactly what she has been up to. He can see her flushed face fresh from crying whenever he comes home from work. Her eyes puffy while she rubs her nose with the end of her cardigan hand sleeve trying to stop her nose from running.

“Y-you’re back.” she stammered as her voice cracked.

He inhaled deeply as he watches her scurrying to look busy in the kitchen in an attempt to conceal herself from him. He knew she knew what she has been up to all day. Although he knew not to bring it up again because he knew that it would only end up in more tears for her, and he couldn’t bear to watch her anymore.
