Everyone has their reasons for joining in, but history and past are not important when it comes to being involved in underground Seoul. Be it greed, or attention, or family, it doesn’t really matter. All the crowd wants is excitement, something to lose their selves to. It’s an escape from reality, if only for a short while. Hidden under the shadows of the night, everyone is a mystery and six girls unexpectedly come together to discover who they really are.

the leader

Experienced and well-known, she’s been in the underground scene since the beginning. Proclaimed to be the queen of dance, undefeated and legendary and always found beneath the flashing lights of every club in the city. This is her passion, her life and she makes sure she’s second best to nobody.

the newcomer

The rookie who immediately catches the attention of everyone. Her smooth moves and unique style put her in the center of every competition, making the crowd wonder just who this unnamed talent is. She’s fresh and new and she’s more than willing to show off her full potential.

the mma fighter

This isn’t a choice for her. She has nowhere else to turn to.  It isn’t for fame or greed, it’s for the care of her younger sibling. Stubborn and strong-willed, it doesn’t matter how big the opponent is, she’s determined to go home with the prize money and she isn’t going down without a fight.

the best friend

She wants nothing to do with the underground scene. She doesn’t want the press of bodies at clubs, the chase from the police at races, or the bets of money and shouts of the crowd during fights. She’s dragged into it all though while trying to pull her friend away from the scene, but finds a different kind of pull along the way.

the racer

She’s pretty much got everything in her life, but she wants more. Fame and fortune are the main reasons for her speeding down the streets at night, getting passed the sirens of police.  Her mind is set on greed and she’ll knock down whoever tries to get in her way of winning the race.

the artist

Underground is where she escapes too, another life apart from the one she lives during the day. She enjoys the adrenaline of the crowd and the beauty of the scene, taking it all in and pouring it all into pictures, drawings. This is her night life, watching and observing everything until a completely new rush captures her attention.
