<8 Months after>

After a long tiring week of works. Nayeon spend her weekend in her favourite cafe. Drinking her favourite drinks and sit near the windows while staring at the strangers outside.

They are so lovely.

She thoughts after seeing a lovely couple walks in front of the cafe. Sighing, she drinks her hot choco while think what have been happen to her this whole time.

8 months. So It’s already 8 months huh?

She still remember when the girl that she thought love her leave her alone. Broke all the promises and mostly broke her heart. Leave a very deep scars in her pure heart that only love her ex so much.

She says that I need to stop let my mind control me.
Did you really love me like you said Jeong?. Cause if you do, I’m sure you know how hard I tried to win the fight I have with my own mind
But now, I’m pretty sure you don’t. Since you choose to leave me anyway..

It’s never been easy for her. She’s been sheds a lot of tears.

I could make a river due to how much I cry because of you.

Nayeon thought and chuckle lightly then continue drinks her that now not so hot choco. But thanks to her friends Mina, she could get up and continue her life. It’s not easy though, Mina even goes as far as slaps Nayeon with cold water to makes her get up from her bed that she spend crying her eyes out for 3 days straight

“What the hell Myoi?” Nayeon shouts angrily and shot a glare at her friend that didn’t even bothered by her glares
“Now get up and get yourself together before I do something worse. You know that I won’t hesitate to do that” Mina says while glares at Nayeon straight in the eyes
That makes the angry Nayeon quickly gets up and run to her bathroom. She know her friend really well and thinking what her friend might do makes her feel chill in her spine.

Damn. She’s really scary that time and it still send chill to my body even now. Myoi impact.

Nayeon chuckles and looks at the window again. Keep staring at the all stranger that walks outside while take a sip of her now cold drinks.

They looks so happy. Great.

Nayeon was deep in thought that make her dosen’t realize someone approach her seat. I would love to experience-

“U-umm. E-excuse me?”

No responds. So the stranger try again but this time she slightly poke Nayeon’s arms. That succesfully makes Nayeon snaps out from her thought and looks up at the girl in front of her. Wow. The words left the moment she’s looks at the girl

“Y-yes?” 

Wait. Why I’m shuttering?

“U-uhh. First I’m sorry to distrub you but would you mind if I join you here?. The place is full and the only available seat was right next to you” 

The stranger fidgeting with her fingers nervously while Nayeon looks around and notice the cafe indeed is full today then looks back at the girl in front of her again and give the girl small smile while nods her head.

“Sure. I think I’ll leave soon. My drinks is almost done anyway”
“T-thanks” The stranger smile and sit beside Nayeon
“No need” Nayeon smile while the stranger take a sip of her drinks and looks at the windows just like what Nayeon did
“Umm. I see you staring at the outside and you looks so interest in it. It’s there something fun to watch?”

Nayeon hums and looks at the girl beside her that already looks at her and quickly looks away again

“N-not something fun to watch but more likely something nice to see. You see, they seems so happy and lovely”

The stranger nods agreeing and take another sip of her drinks then continue again

“Are you perhaps envy?”
Nayeon looks again at the girl beside her and as expected the girl already stares at her
“Envy?” 

The girl nods her head while Nayeon shakes her head and looks back at the window

“What should I envied from them?. I don’t have what they have. So no, I’m not envy”
“Then, jealous maybe?” The stranger start again
This time, Nayeon a bit annoyed and accidentaly snaps
“What are you trying to imply here?” She raised her eyebrows and cross her arms
“O-oh my bad” The girl taken a back after seeing Nayeon reactions
“I-I’m sorry for my annoying questions” The girl bows her head
Nayeon sigh and gets up
“It’s fine. I take my leave now”

Just like that Nayeon walks out from her favourite cafe.

I was trying to have some peace, but what I get?.

Nayeon sigh heavily and continue walking with her head hangs low. She deep down know that she feel envy after seeing every couple that she meet seems so happy. While her?. She got left behind just because she lose a fight with her own mind. Instead of assuring her and be there for her, the one who’s promise her to stay and love her forever choose to leave her heartbrok
