There was this Camren convert to Jensoo a while ago. I never finished reading it, but it always bugged me how they acted like 'Jennie's' character could just like choose to stop and start being a sociopath. I mean, that in it's self, the control would result in a monster(I'm already working on that story.).

In this fanfic, Jennie had a kid with Hanbin, but he died shortly after. The kid's name is Hanbin. He's really similar to Jennie. -[From the insirpation ff]

Btw, 'Cole' at least I think was a place holder name, but I have no clue what idol played that character in the convert, he's only in the foreward, so ;p sorry australian korean guy.

On a cold spring morning, in a park, on a bench, on a hill.

“Why are you doing this?”Jennie asks nonchalantly.

“What do you mean?” Cole replies.

“The job. Why not, like a model or something?”

“Oh. Yeah, family business. You noticed my boss is an idiot, right?”

“Yeah. Ever since a few weeks ago, he keeps trying to kill me. He makes it too easy as well. Chaeyoung’s pictures were in the business room. It’s dumb luck he’s still in the bizz”

“Nah, it’s not. He’s an easy pawn, so, someone’s protecting him for now.”Cole says with a smirk.

“And, that’s where you come in.” Jennie says in realization.

“Yeah. My family, well, I am not from the main family, but I was taken in along with my brother by them, this is how we pay our dues. I got assigned to guard, and transport all assets coming in and out through Mr. Song. At this rate, it seems like it might just be a matter of time before I get reassigned.”

“I’ve shown a lot of self restraint. I don’t want to kill him. Actually, scratch that. Yeah, I really do, but it would only become a problem later on.” Jennie says.

Cole laughs.

“Wait, so, does that mean, Chaeyoung is from that main branch?”Jennie asks curiously.

Cole squints his eyes at Jennie, “You better keep her outta this, but yeah. She is.”

“Wait, so how does she not know about all this mess?”

“Ah, the second part of my job. It was a personal mission before as well, though. She wants to be a musician, and our family knew that, so, she’d become a liability if she had knowledge and wasn’t pledged.”

Jennie raises an eyebrow, “You guys actually really care about your family…”

“Most of us do care for one and other. There’s just a few that either just don’t seem to care, or care more about money. Sadly, most of the latter seem to be in higher power.”

Jennie laughs, “Of course, what else would you expect.”

“It isn’t about expectation. It’s just about hope. About compassion for other human beings.”

Jennie sighs, “Some people just aren’t born that way.”

“Do you feel bad for sociopaths and people like that?” Cole asks.

“That's sudden,” Jennie clears . She doesn’t. It wouldn’t change anything, “They can’t miss what they never had. It would if they lost it though.”

Cole chuckles, “That’s so cold, Jen.”

Jennie laughs as well, “Yeah, maybe.”

She stops laughing, “So I’m going to guess you’ve got the trade?”

Cole has a small smile on his face, “Of course. We all know that Miss J only comes out for work.”

Jennie scoffs, “Miss J? No one knows my name.”

“I do, Jennie.”

“That’s different.”

“Yeah, yeah,” Cole says waving his hand dismissively, “I’ve got your goods to deliver, Mizz.”

“Mizz?” Jennie quirks an eyebrow.

“Yeah, that’s actually what they call you.”

“Interesting...Well, I’ll see you another time. Maybe even a legal interaction next time…”

“One can hope, but, Oh, I don’t get much time off. Once a month.”

“Ooh, to be you.” Jennie says as she picks up the purse and walks away towards her car.
