No Strings Attached"What are you looking at?"
Kwang Soo jumps up a little at the sound of the familiar voice beside him. He has been too immersed with scrolling through his e-mails that Ji Hyo's presence on the seat beside him had gone unnoticed. When did she even get here?
At his surprised-stricken face, she scoots back a little. "Eo, did I scare you?"
But instead of responding, he just looks away. The red on the tip of his ears making an appearance once again. Ji Hyo figured that regardless of how casual they had left it the last time, her dongsaeng may have a hard time adapting to their current set-up. And though Ji Hyo had never been in an arrangement like this one, Kwang Soo was a comfortable and companionable presence that she had always been accustomed to, and hence, adjusted to the idea of them having this friends-with-benefits-type of situation. She is a practical woman and was never ashamed of her uality after all. On the other hand, though Kwang Soo had never seen Ji Hyo as a potential partner, he was overwhelmed by what happened that night. It felt nice, that he must admit, but thinking of Ji Hyo as a ual partner and a noona at the same time was a foreign concept for him, hence, it may take a little push for him to get his head around this idea.
Men. She scoffs. "Ya, wae geurae?"
As the tall man looks at everything in the dressing room but Ji Hyo, he musters up words to reply to her simple question. "Uhh... W-work e-mails..."
Getting up from the couch, Ji Hyo pulls Kwang Soo up by the back of his shirt and drags him like the child he is towards the chair across from hers, making him sit directly opposite of her which causes him to look into her eyes. Ji Hyo's gaze almost seemed like X-ray vision, it could punch a hole through his body, he thought. "Was it a mistake to have asked you to have with me?"
For a second, Kwang Soo wished the members would get there quicker to save him from his noona's glaring eyes. But upon hearing her exhausted sigh, his head drops as he shakes his head no.
"Then why are you acting like this?" She asks, her voice quiet but intense.
The actor firmly squeezes his hands together. He knew why, but at the same time he really didn't want to say it out loud. He was too embarrassed. He's a thirty-year old man for crying out loud.
"Well?" She urges, sensing his reluctance.
"I- Uhh..." The actor hesitates, his hand unknowingly scratching the back of his head. "B-Because..."
"Jesus Christ!" Ji Hyo gets up impatiently. Kwang Soo was speaking in a glacial pace which she does not appreaciate. She thought they left everything on a good note when they had slept together last Saturday and it somehow pisses her off that he did not say anything about being uncomfortable when two days had gone by even when they constantly texted each other since then.
At the sight of her somewhat angry-looking appearance, Kwang Soo grabs her arm and blurts out possibly the most embarrassing thing he might have ever said out loud. "Everytime I close my eyes I keep getting reminded of us doing it!" He says with urgency as his noona looks back at him, her eyes wide and agape. He couldn't quite tell if she was shocked or ready to hit him. "M-mianhae... It's child
