It was another day of Irene waking up to an alarm to start of, but something about this day is different from the others.

She smiled as she stared at the written alarm memo. Funny. Then her smile turned bigger when it was replaced with a caller notification. 

“I just woke up”, Irene yawned, “Seems I set an alarm for your birthday a long time ago cause I don’t remember setting one yesterday”

“Sounds like you were just forced to wake up and greet me..”

Irene could see the pout on Seulgi’s lips just from hearing and she couldn’t help but giggle—which is weird because normally, if something like this happens with other people (alright, basically, anyone but Seulgi) when she just woke up, she’d be infuriated to death. 

“Yes I was forced to wake up..”, Irene heard a cute gasp over the phone and smiled, “..earlier than the planned time I would greet you, silly”

Irene heard a sigh. “I thought you forgot about my birthday..”

“How could I possibly forget your birthday?”, she smiled, “It’s the day I met you”, remembering how she saw a random note at the corner of the council room.
