A dark-haired woman lay asleep in bed, blissfully unaware of her blonde fiancée watching from the doorway of the bedroom. The woman in bed looks so beautiful even like this, as she sleeps. But then again, to her fiancée she looks beautiful no matter what. The woman she’s engaged to is without a doubt the most breathtaking person she had ever laid eyes on, everything about her is perfection. Everything from her gorgeous dark hair that fits perfectly against pale skin, the shape of her nose, right down to her cute lips. The woman who’s currently asleep in bed turns over and the sunlight hits her face in all the right angles. The woman standing in the doorway almost wishes she had a camera to capture her fiancée in this moment. Not that she hasn’t already taken plenty of pictures of this woman, sometimes without her even knowing.

“Kang Seulgi, are you taking pictures of me again.”

She can hear the voice of her fiancée in her mind even now as she sleeps. Kang Seulgi is the woman standing in the doorway watching as the beautiful woman sleeps, or she is for the moment. Seulgi hates to wake her, especially since she could probably use the sleep. But, if Seulgi doesn’t wake her now then there’s also the real possibility her fiancée will ask her why she let her sleep so long.

“Seul, why did you let me sleep so long!” Seulgi can hear the cute pout in her voice too, even though the dark-haired is still asleep. Seulgi knows she needs to wake her now and there’s only one sure fire way to do that. They’ve been together a long time, prior to the engagement. Having been together as best friends for nearly ten years before that evolved into a romantic relationship at some point in that ten year friendship. They’ll sometimes argue in a cute way over when the friendship turned romantic, both coming up with a different time frame. All that matters to Seulgi is that she is now engaged to be married to the love of her life laying in that bed.

“Okay, time to wake up the love of my life.” Seulgi decides and walks over. She wakes her up the same way she’s been waking her up for years. It’s simple really, Seulgi will gently throw herself over the shorter woman’s body in a soft thud, and it’s usually enough to make her wake up. Sometimes she’ll have to actually call her name.

“Hey, Bae Joohyun.” Seulgi whispers.

This time it looks to be one of those occasions since the woman is not even bothering to move. Bae Joohyun remains asleep, even though Seulgi knows she feels her weight on top of her.
