All the engineering freshmen in that sotus gathering lowered their heads immediately to reduce their senior's wrath. This same situation has been going on for a few hours now. It is almost the last month of their sotus gathering, and the hazers have been more cut and direct with the juniors.

According to them, the students who couldn't finish the sotus till the flag ceremony are not eligible to call themself engineers in the far future. If they can't even handle this small obstacle such as sotus in their school life;

So being mean and strict to mould them into someone great in the future seems nothing terrible to the hazers, especially to Forth and Lam. Those two have been extra hard on the junior this week. Forth even ordered Ming to participate in sotus after the Star and Moon competition.

Since Ming doesn't want to argue or have any troubles with his annoying seniors, he just agreed to attend the gathering. But he didn't expect the sotus to drag until midnight. It's around one something now, and the meeting doesn't seem like ending any time soon.

Ming didn't agree to become the moon of engineering when Forth first approached him. But, he eventually accepted after he knows that Wayo is also the moon that represents his faculty. Getting himself busy with activities and packed with classes made him less worried about his life issues or the past.

He is trying his best to change and be an ordinary university student. If joining this sotus is what it takes to be an engineering student, he will follow it without any issues.
