South Korea woke up with the biggest scandal of all time related to the economy and the names of the four most powerful korean families declaring bankruptcy.

The Ahns were taken to the hospital with suspected heart attack but the doctors found out that they were just having anxiety.

Wheein's parents tried to intimidate her but the young woman laughed at their faces and warned them to start saving up and changing their lifestyle because she wouldn't provide them any help.

Yongsun didnt answer her parents' calls the whole day or anybody's call. She was too depressed to care about anything or anybody.

Nonetheless, her father left her a message telling her he understood her actions and told her not to change her mind. No matter what, she shouldn't give her mother any money. They wouldn't starve. So she didn't need to feel guilty.

Moonbyul's letter to the press was published in all the major newspapers and websites and many people tried to contact her but the businesswoman was nowhere to be found.

After a couple of days, Wheein and Hyejin decided to pay a visit to Yongsun and got shocked by the dark-haired woman's appearance. She had lost weight and her eyes were very empty.

The older woman tried to fake a smile to the other girls but a second later, she was bursting into tears.

__ Where is she, Wheein-ah? I keep calling but she doesn't answer the phone.

__ I am not sure, unnie. Byul-yi hasn't talked to me since the previous day of the scandal. But I suspect that she traveled to the United States.__ The shorter girl responded feeling sorry for the other woman.

Yongsun held her face and murmured:

__ How am I supposed to show her that I really love her if she doesn't let me find her?

Hyejin sat beside the dark-haired woman and caressed her back with tenderness. Using her warmest tone, she advised:

 __ Unnie, now it's time to heal and get your strength back. You are Kim Yongsun, and you have an empire to administrate. You know what this means. It's not for you, but for all the families that depend on you. Byul-yi unnie will certainly be doing the same in her own way. When the time comes, you will be ready to get her back.

__ You think so?__ A faint hope could be heard in Yongsun's voice.

__ I know so. She is your other half. How many people do you know that loved each other for almost twenty years, despite everything being against the odds? She didnt erase you from her heart after all that. That means you are the one.__ Hyejin encouraged the brunette.

Somehow, receiving the honest smile from the two girls made the dark-haired one cheer up and she stood up with a new expression.

__ Byul-yi said You and I could be partners, Wheein-ah. Do you accept me?

__ Of course, unnie!__ Wheein smiled.

__OK. I'm gonna shower and get ready. We have a company to run.__ The brunette spoke with confidence and Hyejin clapped her hands.

One year had passed and Yongsun had developed a great company with her partner Wheein. They called their new empire N'gel Enterprise and both could achieve impressive growth in South Korea that called the attention of big brands and investors. 

Meanwhile, Hyejin was the Chef and owner of a chain of restaurants in the whole country and had opened a branch in Japan, China, England, Brazil, and The United States. 

Besides that, she had become Moonbyul's partner, and their company was named Byuljin Enterprise.

Moonbyul hadn't stepped into Korea since Moon Corp's bankruptcy. However, she was able to pay all the company's debts in 8 months.

Her parents had to sell their collections of art, expensive cars, fancy mansions, apartments, jewels, and more. Now they were living like middle-class ordinary people.

The businesswoman spent a long time moving from place to place until she adopted New York as her new home.

Yongsun kept trying to contact her for a long time without success. 

The dark-haired woman even asked Hyejin's help  but the Chef also failed, since Moonbyul refused to call or answer her wife's call.

The only sign of life Moonbyul gave was sending the brunette the divorce papers after a whole year of silence.

That made Yongsun feel very angry and she hired a professional hacker to find out every little detail of Moonbyul's current life, including her address.

The older woman didnt send the divorce papers back through the lawyer. She didnt contact her wife either.

Three weeks later, the brunette traveled to New York to sign a new contract and to catch her former best friend by surprise.

It was Moonbyul's birthday and she found out the other woman was celebrating the date at a club in front of a pier.

The place looked like an old warehouse and it was opened to whomever wanted to party.

As soon as she got in, Yongsun saw some of Moonbyul's friends from Korea, who happened to be hers too, and a bunch of excited women flirting with her wife.

That totally pissed her off and the brunette walked through the crowd ready to kill, metaphorically.

Moonbyul was having fun, dancing with a stunning woman who looked like a model and Yongsun noticed the person's hand on her wife's waist.

Losing no time, the CEO got close and took Moonbyul by surprise.

The younger woman was no longer blonde. She had a dark brown free from extension and naturally grown hair and her face was perfect with practically zero makeup.

Yongsun pulled her wife by the collar and kissed her passionately in front of everybody.

Moonbyul's dance partner observed the scene with amusement while the CEO had no reaction other than keep her eyes shut during the whole kiss.

When they broke the contact, Yongsun couldn't control her rage anymore:
