o1. subscribing is an absolute must. upvotes are optional, but of course much appreciated.

o2. this is a closed, semi-literate, english only, non-au agency, therefore no interaction with outsiders; this includes former members and members yet to be verified.

o3. only one account per soul. members caught with multiple accounts will immediately be removed and blacklisted.

o4. tl is rated pg13. swearing is allowed, but absolutely no triggering topics or anything that may make others uneasy. limit ooc conversations and use brackets if needed.

o5. we only accept faceclaims working in the korean or japanese industry (current and former idols, models, actors and actresses). banned fcs are strictly prohibited. 
once verified, you must reach 50 tweets within 24 hours. failure to do so results in removal. you may reverify, but again, you must reach 50 tweets in 24 hours. pswd: your favourite sims game.

o6. absolutely no face chasing or otp chasing allowed. cliques are not tolerated. we want everyone to have friends, but please include others. try to keep inside jokes in dms and welcome new members as they arrive!

o7. dating ban of one week, marriage after 2 months of dating. both parties must have at least 300 tweets. move-in couples are exempted but must inform base upon arrival.

o8. character changes are allowed once every 10 days. temporary character changes are unlimited, but do not abuse this privilege. tcc's last for 2 days or until that person arrives. please note that members are allowed to cc/tcc only after a week of residency.

o9. hiatuses are allowed in a maximum of 2 weeks and semi-hiatuses of 3 weeks. even though you are on semi-hiatus, please do stop by at least once a week.

1o. inactive users are cleared daily. three days of inactivity or failure to return from a hiatus results in automatic removal. you may reverify with base if you please.

o5. use @namesml or @smlname for your username. avoid symbols and numbers in your name. if you need help creating one, feel free to dm us. 

o6. place "simlish" somewhere in your profile.

o7. follow base, admins, and all members before verifying. if using a new account, take your time with following members to avoid getting locked. feel free to interact if not verified within 10 minutes.
