001. subscribing is A MUST. upvotes are optional.

002. we are a closed agency, talking to outsiders is strictly prohibited. this rule also applies to quoting/mentioning several times an account that is not part of the rp (bots, fanaccs,..) please always greet newcomers and make them feel welcome, let's always be friendly and don't make anyone feel left out!

003. this is a semi-lit rp ALTHOUGH WE ACCEPT ALL TYPES OF LITERACY AS LONG AS YOU RESPECT BASICS (NO ALIEN LANGUAGE) and english is the main language, so please don't use any other language aside from your character's mother tongue. use brackets if talking ooc and do LIMIT it. 

004. the timeline is PG- 16. please mind your language on timeline, no triggering topics, dramas or anything not suitable for minors. Please note that You will be warned if other members considered your tweet as triggering/offensive as we don't want anyone to be uncomfortable. remember to keep your fcs' image clean according to their age, personality, no adult x minor etc. Facechasing is HIGHLY prohibited, cliques are not tolerated.

005. Please remember to stay in character AS MOST AS POSSIBLE, we yearn to be a throwback rp. the excessive use of memes/emoji/asterisks/UWU or being messy must have a LIMIT or be used  on dm. it doesn't mean that you can't use any memes but WE WON'T ALLOW SPAMMING MEMES ON TIMELINE SINCE lots of people get uncomfortable with those. full asterisks sentences are strictly not allowed to avoid confusion, drama or members feeling left out. for the same reasons rabbit, curious cat and plato are not to be used on timeline unless base planned a special event, and we will!!

006. relationships are allowed regardless of gender #lovewins, after 5 days and a minimum of 500 tweets for both parties. move-in couples are exempted from this rule. Poly RS, pregnancy and weddings are not allowed. 

007. hiatus is 2 weeks max, semi-hiatus is 1 month max. if you take a hiatus/semi-hiatus, you will need to tweet at least 15 tweets each 2 DAYS for YOUR sh  and 5 interactions each 5 days for your h to AVOID UNVERIFICATION.

008. 2 days of inactivity will lead to a kickout. rting/quoting and tweeting without interacting does not count as being active. you must reach 60 tweets within 24 hrs of arrival or you will be unverified.

009. character changes (CC) are unlimited but you can only change once a week.

temporary character changes (TCC) are allowed for 2 days and has a 3 days interval. the password is YOUR FAVORITE VILLAIN OF ALL TIMES.

010. we do not accept jpop idols and western celebs, only kpop idols/korean ent celebRITIES/IDOLS WHO APPEARED IN KOREAN SURVIVAL SHOWS or Idol Producer and P101 China.

011. send a dm to PUMPKIN base anytime if you have a problem, need a hiatus, or just need to talk about something, PUMPKIN base will be here for you~

012. failure to follow the rules once will get you a warning. a second one will lead to a dare from one of the PUMPKIN admins. a third one will lead to a kickout. we're very nice, but if you don't listen then cute SOFTIE PUMPKIN will be angry PUMPKIN :c

004. username format is @PUM(NAME) or @(NAME)PUM- all in lowercase (no nicknames, letters,.) if you use initials don't use blank dns. don't forget to include 'PUMPKIN' somewhere in your bio before asking for verification.

005. when you ask for verification only follow the base and the admins. you can follow the members after the admins verified you.
