In 2127, the world came together in a bought of crisis. Overpopulation and under appreciation led to the world being suddenly back into the dark ages, before technology, advanced medicines and the idea that everyone was created equal. In these years, several Kingdoms formed to bring the wayward people together once more. Governing their individual kingdoms, these families were put in complete control of seeing that their kingdoms did not become once more overpopulated. Disease and famine reduced the population quickly, but then things started to flourish again. A few generations later, and suddenly an entire culture had developed. With the governing kingdoms learning from the past, they set up their young to meet at an early age to foster commodery and the further future of their kingdoms.
With the developed idea, a school was put in place, where all royal children would attend. The school staff was provided by each kingdom, so no kingdom went without representation at the school, even if there was no current royals from the kingdom in attendence. Over time, more kingdoms were formed, and more children added to the academy for the royally born.

2. Please make sure to read everything before applying. There will be a lot of background information in the cheatsheet so make sure to use it and develop your character from it!
3. I don't mind if you do a collaboration with another applicant, however, please be aware that one character might be chosen over another and I might ask for you to change the bits if they will not make sense.
4. I don't mind if you reuse pieces of an old application, just make sure to fit it into the application code correctly and that it fits the theme and story.

It's currently 2693, and the world is flourishing again under the current 93 kingdoms of the world. The populations have been remaining steady and the development of more advanced medicines have been making sure that those populations reach the proper age to become fully working adults. This means there is less for the royals being born to do. Less for them to worry and stress over. They are becoming a rare breed of cultured and sophisticated class. Only those who seek know the truth of their past and can see the direction the world is moving in. Some of these children are among them.

September 1st starts the call of the new term at the Academy Regal. While there's always a new batch of students, this years graduating class will be facing their toughest challenge yet- the advancement of technology. Will they manage to suspend the crisis that led to the destruction of the world, or will they make the same mistakes as their predacesors? Only time will tell.
