hyunjin’s best friend, who lives just next door, moves out of their home and migrates to a different country. not being able to say a proper goodbye to his best friend of over five years and also not having contacted his best friend ever since he left, the warm and kind hyunjin turned into a cold-hearted, introverted one. later, the yangs move in next door, replacing hyunjin’s best friend’s family. jeongin, the second child of the family who just moved in, is then tasked to say hello to their neighbors on the afternoon that they moved in, and he comes across hyunjin, who happens to be his polar opposite.
