History
ENCHANT ENTERTAINMENT was founded in 2003 by actor Goo Hojoong and his wife, former girl group member, Lee Jisook. Initially meant to be an agency for actors and models, they helped launch careers of aspiring actors from the day it was founded until the present day. In 2006 however, with the rise of idol groups – like Super Junior, Brown Eyed Girls, DBSK and Big Bang – the agency had decided to expand its business towards the music industry. From then on, they had began accepting trainees and signed with independent singers and bands. It wasn't until in 2010 when the company was able to debut a group.
Enter boy group STUN, composed of seven young men: JITAE (Min Tae Wook), SETH (Hwang Hong Seok), XY, XY, XY, XY, and XY. On May of 2010, the group debuted with their first ever single, Before The Dawn which was quickly followed by the single Fiction exactly a month afterwards. They would continue to bring out hit after hit for several years as a septet. However, in 2015, leader and main vocalist Jitae left the group to pursue a solo career under the same agency. It was then announced by Jitae, now better known as performer Darren Min, that main rapper SETH would be the de facto leader from that point on. Despite the backlash following this change, the members of STUN worked hard to prove their independence, continuing as a group with a new take on their music.
All the while, with STUN's steadily rising success, Enchant Entertainment had began to prepare the debut of a sister group for them. A six member girl group by the name of Lux Aeterna debuted in August of 2016 with members XX, XX, XX, HYUN (Myung Joo Hyun), RORY (Seo Jangmi) and XX. Their first ever single, Dumb Dumb was released to mixed reviews, their next single set to be released within a month from their debut, Whatta Man, received far more positive reviews but considerably less popular compared to other rookie groups to debut at the time. In a good few months that followed, the group finally gained public recognition with their comeback single BOOMBAYAH, which also won them their first ever award. Today, the group is gaining more and more attention, with hopes to gather enough fans to properly earn their spot on the company's upcoming Enchanted Forest World Tour.
Rumour has it that Enchant Entertainment is preparing a temporary idol group composed of members from both STUN and Lux Aeterna, as well as trainees that have previously been made known through shows like MIXNINE, Produce 101, and The Unit. The experimental co-ed group is set to make its debut late this year.

Or hyung. ;) Anyways, I kind of wanted to write a fic about groups and artists in the same agency that's a little more realistic and maybe more dramatic than some people portray hem as ;v; i was inspired by groups like infinite and exid, and trainees from various companies, their stories of making it and some problems that had alng the way anyway. i need justice for groups bc not everything is about fame or company abuse (though the latter will be heavily featured?? here) ~ hopefully you enjoy this fic!! and pls apply ;v;

03. This story is going to be about a lot of people, specifically three groups. Currently I am looking for nine fixed members (five for STUN and four for LUX AETERNA) and between four to six trainees, male and female, for the project group that is yet to be named. Because of the demand of many characters, you're free to apply upwards to three characters per person!
04. It's not required, but it's recommended that you find someone to collaborate with. Why? Let me explain: this story will begin with STUN's formation, which starts from 2008 and ends short of 2010, so one group will go first. If you happen to not have applied for STUN but want to know if your character has made it, consider maybe collaborating with someone from STUN. Same goes for Lux Aeterna, who will begin their story as soon as the 2012 mark hits. If you're strictly applying for the experimental group, which debuts in 2018, you'll be having to wait a looooong time to get confirmation on your character. So...yeah, collaborate!
05. This should probably go on the cheatsheet, but I feel the need to just come out and say this now: feel free to base your character's storyline on something you know about the K-Pop industry or someone specific in the K-Pop industry. The purpose of this fic is to try and understand how hard it must be for idols to live, with all their training and the hardships they face. On that note, feel free to toss up some scandals. Gay? Okay! Estranged family members? Sad, but realistic. Tossed out of your home for following your dreams? Man I feel that. Go all out! But also don't make your character too dramatic, okay? Bemindful of what themes you include in your application.
06. Please comment as frequently as you can so I know that you're still following this story. I know that by the time everyone who have been chosen have been announced there will be a good amount of people abandoning ship, but please tell me if you're still here to follow the rest of the story. I would greatly appreciate it if you do.
