one thing though, our heroine is not about having a clean record and she isn't about letting herself in trouble and begs for a miracle aftwards. in case you don't know, the emperor's women are an army of snakes, they follow the rules of the jungle and the weak don't get to survive. kim doyeon is no exception. her hands have a strain of blood on them, and when daniel hugs her, he can smell it. 

a story between a king and his woman sounds beautiful, isn't it? but that's not the case, when reality is far more different from what people see on the screen.
