* For those of you who are confused about how residences work in The Hyde, they are essentially rental rooms situated above shop lots. The living quarters are, once again, rental only and can not be owned. So, remember to pay your dues on time!

Adjacent to the renowned Joeun National University, its dormitories lie dormant before an acre of sprawling school grounds. It's everything you'd expect a college dormitory to be and nothing more. Get your degree before you start complaining. it up, cupcakes! (At least you get a common room.)
* The boy's dormitory and the girl's dormitory are separated. To simulate a real college environment, we will be assigning roommates to all those who apply for this residence. Please specify if you would prefer a single room, but keep in mind that there are limited spots available.
