Hello everyone,

Writing is really hard isn't it? This is my first time writing something and the reason is none other than our 'Eunhae'

I happened to watch a play few days back and that really made me to imagine eunhae in their places. I dont know why but i wanted to try writing it.

Those lyrics are from a song composed by Ilayaraja (you guys may not know) which i translated to english.

English is not my first language so please excuse if there are any errors.

Hope you'll like this story.

Let me know what you guys are thinking about this and encourage this new author. Lol author? Haha even i feel weird calling myself like that.

Please dont throw eggs or something, it's hard to wash, right?

*Runs away*

Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Thanks for the story. The premise is really quite cute and promising.

But donghae, what is this? Lol... I don't think he should continue with these strategies. It is going a little bit too far and a little cruel even. To promise an ice cream just so that Hyukjae would catch him on a date? That is just so..... :( I felt so bad for Hyukjae. But then again they were still teenagers here and which teenager hasn't been cruel to some extent right? And for Hyukjae to forgive him after a huge manipulative apology, what?! Hahah but we as teenagers have been stupid before too so it's forgivable ?

I am really looking forward to their love story once they have finally matured. It seems like they are always there for each other but they didn't know how to keep a relationship yet. Hopefully hyukjae won't be hurt again.

Chapter 4: I wanted to read this sooner, but I had a big test and I had to study like crazy OTL! This chapter started off so sweet and them spending more time getting ready in the mirror made me feel all warm and fuzzy for their budding relationship. I was smiling all happy and stupid, then I started to think, “but they’re not friends in the future? WHAT HAPPENED?!” Then I started to stress out and panic LOL

I was getting so mad at Hae! He’s the one that wasn’t considerate and was talking crap instead of congratulating Hyuk for his success, then he’s the one that got mad and started being a jerk, then he decided to break off the relationship! GRRRR! I was so sad when Hyuk started to tear up, I just want to hug him! It’s so unfair the way he’s being treated! I was thinking, “Why is Hae being like this?!” Then I remembered that they are still young, and it makes sense that he’s not mature enough to handle the situation, so I think you did a really good job writing the scene and it was appropriate. I like that you are able to write their childhood selves, their teenage(?) selves, and their adult selves and make their thoughts and actions fit their maturity level. When I try to do it even my toddler characters sound and act like adults >.< Even though we’ve seen a bit of it, I can’t wait to see more of how they mature and work things out.

My favorite part is all of their little subtle actions, like the getting ready in the mirror, changing their seats in class, when Hyuk stopped walking after Hae insulted Siwon, and how Hae realized he went too far when he saw Hyuk’s tears. I like how Hyukjae is the quiet one that avoids problems and when he can’t avoid them he ignores them, while Hae is the explosive and confrontational one. It’s interesting because I want to be mad at Hae for being a jerk, but it was also because of this personality that Hae approached Hyuk and they were able to be friends again, so it’s a good thing and a bad thing lol

FYI, I’m a geology major, which is closely related to geography, so when Hae said they’ll never have to touch it again I started cracking up.

Chapter 3: This story is a little sweet and a little sad. Have you written stories before in your native language because I think you're a good author. The pace of the story is good, and I think you convey the emotions of the characters well. You're also good at writing those kind of teasing and dramatic moments, like how the curtains opened slowly, or how time slows down for Hae sometimes; I think it's good. Their interactions together are cute, and I like that Hae's known Hyuk for so long and is always drawn to him, but he's still super shy lol Hyuk seems to have a sensitive side to him too, as well as that popular kid type of role, which is like him in real life I think.

When you said they met at the age of 8, because of the italics, I thought it said at the age of B and I died laughing! Thanks for sharing this story!
