Hanging on for too long means obscuring your light.

Overview
If people were books, each story is definitely worth reading but Kang Haneul is rather contented appreciating the covers instead of actually browsing through their pages. She was focused writing her own story until she found a book similar to hers, which appears to be shoved away from the eyes of the many. This book is Kyungsoo; simple yet endearing despite its crumbling pages. Out of curiosity, Haneul started reading. Confounded to see her name written as one of the characters; turns out that book is actually a part of a trilogy. She searched for the other one and found it in the popular section. It was Kim Jongin’s. She carefully took it out of the shelf and placed the book side by side. Each book has a different point of view, each book has a different main character, each book has a distinct beginning, each book has a different feel to it but all the books lead to one story. She finished reading Kyungsoo’s but closed Jongin’s book half-way. It was a tough decision for her, but she knows it’s the best. Selfish is how she’d label herself. She felt sorry for having the audacity to open the book but not courageous enough to finish it. Simply because she's afraid, afraid that her story will simply be a “part” of someone else’s. But it doesn’t matter whether she read the book until its last words or stopped mid-point, each story holds a significant place in her heart.

Hello everyone~
If you're reading this, welcome! This my first authored fanfiction. My goal is to incorporate the neglected and censored social problems into a lovestory. EXO had a comeback that has an eclipse and parallel universe theme. I decided this would be a great opportunity to write a fanfiction although it has nothing to do with exo's comeback aside from my play on words. I really strive more on showing the otherside of life: depression, abuse or the pressure to fit in.
The number of chapters is still undecided.
