TCC ban is at least 250 tweets and 2 days of activity, and only allowed once a week with it lasting up to 3 days. CCing is allowed on the first day in case you feel as if your fc isn't doing you any justice, once you CC you must keep that fc for at least 2 weeks before CCing again.

After 2 days of inactivity, base will mention you asking if you're still there, and if you don't reply/quote/or like the post by the next day, you will be unverified.
