Universe 1- It's Time to Forget

101MYSTERIES

Jihoon woke up the next day, feeling terrible but the weather was alright, so it didn't get to him too much. He got up and remembered one thing. He needed to avoid Jinyoung at all cost. Especially with the weird talk they have last night there was no way he was planning to be friends with anybody. Ever again. So he just left Jinyoung hanging and left his house thinking that he was just simply insane. He just needed to lay a low profile. He needed to do 3 things don't talk to anyone. don't look at anyone, and keep you're head down no matter how much people stare at you.

He got out of bed and put on his uniform and did  his daily routine Just think of it like any other day He thought. After washing up in the bathroom he grabbed his bag and went back into his room and grabbed a black cap and put it over his head, he pulled down on the front No one will notice me if I wear this anyways He looked at himself one last time in the mirior I look pitiful He laughed at himself and closed his bedroom door, put on his shoes, and headed out. Jihoon breathed in the fresh morning air and walked down his porch. He was determined to blend in with the crowd I won't be the idiot who sat in the second middle row, I don't be the troublemaker or class clown anymore, I'll just be your average student. Nobody, I'll be a nobody.

Woojin walked inside the school. He knew what he needed to do. He walked up the stair towards the Senior's Hall and knew who was going to be there, he took one last breath before opening the door and walking towards one of the desk

"Daniel hyung, we need to talk. . . Is that okay?" Daniel looked up at Woojin and took out his earbuds. He smiled

"Hey Woojinie~ did you talk to Daewhi the other day?" Woojin looked away and started picking on his thumb

"Uh. . um . . . Can I talk to you first?" Daniel begins feeling concerned

"Woojin. What's going on? What are you not telling me?" Woojin hesitated and handed Daniel his slip of paper. The reason why he was here in the first place.

"H-Here! Take this!" He slammed the paper on his desk and ran out of the classroom bumping into Jinyoung who grabbed him by the shoulder

"Hey hyung! What are you doing here?" Woojin let go of his grip and ran away

"Um . . . Sorry I can't talk right now I gotta go!" He yelled from down the end of the hall. Just as Jinyoung turned around He bumped into Daniel running out of his class towards Jinyoung

"Jinyoungie, Jinyoungie, Jinyoungie. Where is Woojin?!" Jinyoung shrugged and pointed at the end of the hall

"I bumped into him earlier. But he left and ran down there. He seemed like he was in a lot of rush. Do you know what's going on?" He asked, Daniel let out a sigh and handed Jinyoung a piece of paper

"His letter of resigning for the Dance Club. He wants to quit." Jinyoung was in shock of what he was hearing. Woojin loved to dance there was no way he would just quit. Just so simply? It didn't sound like him at all.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Woojin ran to the roof top. The only place he knew he would be safe at. He slammed the door shut and sat down as he leaned on the railing

"Hey. I heard you resigned from being in the Dance Club. What a shame." He looked up. It was Daewhi

"Why do you care? Also weren't you going to stop talking to me?" Woojin looked away as Daewhi looked over the railings

"I'm saying it's a waste of your talent. Being the ace of the Dance Team was for nothing. All your hardwork and success thrown down the drain. I guess some things are really useless in life." Woojin slammed his hand on the railings

"DANCING WASN"T SOMETHING USELESS IN MY LIFE!" Daewhi didn't act surpised or shock he stayed calm

"Then why did you quit? If it wasn't something useless you would of continued doing it. Isn't that correct?" Woojin looked down, Daewhi turned around and leaned back on the railings. "If you don't have anything to say. I'm guessing I hit the target. So why quit?" Woojin exhaled and looked at Daehwi a last time

"Why do you care again? I thought we were strangers." Daewhi breathed in and nodded his head

"We are, yes we are. We are now strangers. That is now a fact that is correct." Woojin left out a soft "Hmm" and stood up

"Okay then if it's official. Don't talk to me anymore. If you need something ask Jinyoung. He seems to be the only one that's still sane." He walked towards the door but before heading out he said his last words. "I destoryed my phone last night thanks to what you said yesterday. So no need to worry about blocking me. It's no use if my memories are already gone." He waved goobye and closed the door. Leaving Daewhi with alone. Well not entirely alone.

"How long have you been listening?" Daewhi asked

"Not too long."

"Don't lie, You snuck through the back door."

"Hehe whoops, my bad I should of been more careful huh?"

"Are you planning on guilt tripping me?" There was a slient pause before answering

"Huh, I guess that's a yes."

"Do you know who I am?"

"I can already guess who."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jihoon ducked around in the halls making sure to stick to his plan. He arrived inside the classroom and sat down until he felt a tap on his cap he looked up

"Jihoonie hyung!" It was Guanlin. He stood infront of Jihoon's desk happily bouncing like an adorable puppy. He doesn't seem to know what's going on? Did no one tell him? Jihoon looked up at Guanlin, he was in a good mood. Jihoon didn't want to ruin it.

"Uh. . . Do you wanna go to the cafeteria with me? My treat." Guanlin nodded and followed Jihoon out of the classroom. He tried to avoid any possible situation if Guanlin had asked why he wasn't with Daehwi, Jinyoung, and Woojin. He would change the subject if Guanlin ever asked. They finally arrive at the cafeteria and Jihoon went to order something for Guanlin. He came back and set down the tray infront of him

"Oh! Thanks! . . . . Hyung! Your not eating?" Jihoon shakes his head and gives Guanlin his utensils

"No, I'm good. I'll be full just by watching you! So it's alright." Guanlin looks down at his food and looks back up at Jihoon

"Are you sure? We can share!" Guanlin inssits and pushs the tray sideways. But Jihoon pushes the tray back to him

"No, no, no, no. I said it was fine Guanlin. I wanted to treat you so you eat." Before Guanlin can say anything his phone rings and he picks it up. He reads the text and frowns. and picks up his spoon to begin eating

Jihoon clears his throat and trys to change the subject. But all Guanlin can force out were either "Mmhm" or "I see," he seemed like his personality had totally switched from this morning. This morning he was like a bundle of joy, but no he's acting like he just somebody die infront of him. Jihoon began to worry and waited for him to finsh eating his food.

"Are you done?" Guanlin quietly nods and they walk out of the cafeteria. Everything grows quiet between them and they don't exchange looks. Until Guanlin speaks up

"Seungwoo hyung texted me. He told me . . ."

Oh , Oh , Oh , Oh . Did he find out?

"Woojin hyung . . . He handed in his letter of resination this morning. . ." Guanlin looks down and and Jihoon lets out a sigh of relife, until he realizes what's happening

"Also Sungwoon hyung texted me he told me there was a fight with you and Daewhi. I didn't think much of it because it's quite normal for you and Daewhi to have fights. So I thought you would make up by tomorrow. It looks like it's a bigger problem them I thought huh?" Jihoon looks down and beings playing with his fingers

"I should of told you this earlier this morning. But I didn't want to spoil your mood. So it's time I properly say goodbye," Guanlin stares at him blankly "You were one of my best friends. However I think it's time for me to stop my contacts with all of you. Thanks for being there when I needed someone." Jihoon bowed and walked away

Well then the damage has been done, now . . . there's no going back is there? It doesn't matter anymore it was my choice anyways.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He continued walking until he spotted his classroom, he checked his watch, he entered school grounds 7:08 now it was 8:11. Hoping now one would be in the classroom he opened the door to see 1 person. Lee Daewhi. Oh how lovely, the one person who I did not want to see today. Great. Jihoon rolled his eyes and went towards the teachers desk

"Yes, hello Jihoon how may I help you?"

"I would like to move my seat towards the empty one in the back row near the door please." The teacher nodded but didn't suspect a thing. She took out her computer and marked Jihoon's new spot

"Okay, your good to go." Jihoon thanked her and went towards his old desk to clean out his stuff. He did not look at Daewhi. He took out his books and his blue stripe pencil pouch that Woojin got for him, he dug in further and found the white and black pen that Jinyoung let him "borrow" but he never gave it back, he went into the far back and spotted the blue cupcake eraser the Minhyun gave to him that he thought was stupid but still kepted it and never returned it, and finally the one thing they all promised not to lose was a small star chain that they all had Jihoon had pink, Daewhi had sky blue, Woojin had grey, Jinyoung had lime green, Guanlin had yellow, Jisung had brown, Daniel had dark blue, Seungwoo had red, Jaehwan had black, Minhyun had purple, and Sungwoon had orange. It was a promise a smybol of their friendship most of the guys chained it on their phones (Daniel, Woojin, Seungwoo, Daehwi, and Guanlin) other had them on their back packs (Sungwoon and Jaehwan) and another put them on jewlery like necklaces and rings (Jinyoung, Minhyun, and Jisung ) but Jihoon had kept it in his desk the entire time.

He kept it in there because it was too important to lose and it was too precious to give up. He was afriad he was going to lose it so he kepted it in his desk the one place he knew he wouldn't lose it. Jihoon stared at the chain then glanced his eyes over towards Daewhi he was one his phone strolling through his feed and nothing hung from his phone. No case, no chain. Just completely plain. Jihoon turned back towards the star chain and scoffed he turned his attention towards the trash can and dumped all the gifts he had from everybody the pouch that was old and dirty, the pen that he never gave back, the stupid and girly blue cupcake eraser that he never used. All the memories went into the trashcan.
