"Chaeyoung, will you always stay single?" Tzuyu asked me, a small sly grin on her face as she sat opposite from me at the breakfast table. 

I almost choked on my apple. "What's with that question?! Nobody likes me anyway..."

"Don't be like that, I like you!" she insisted, holding my hand in her palm and squeezing it with the other. Her touch always made me nauseous. 

Whining, I pinched the bridge of my nose. "But you're my friend, it's a different kind of like."

Tzuyu smiled, "Is it?"

What the hell?

"What do you mean?"

Suddenly, she cleared her thoat and lifted her arm to check her watch. "Let's go, we're going to be late for school." Tzuyu sighed, completely ignoring me.
