Tell Me…

Sungjae POV:

She asked me that..if I were the one who recorded my voice in her recorder. I’m silent for second but then I asked her,

“Do you know me?, just by the voice,” I want to hear her reply,

“I think I’ve heard your voice,” she said then I’m smiling, “I feel familiar with it,” she said.

“Then..who am I?,” I asked her, but then someone come,” let’s end the call here, I’ll explain it to you next time.”

Eunwoo come, he make something in kitchen then goes to living room,

“Hyung,” he called me, “can you help her?,” he said. Her?who?Park Sooyoung?, “she want to join song writer competition that held by your agency.”

“How can I help her?, I’m one of the judges,” I said, “she want to join?.”

“Just, let her use your equipment for better quality song, ” he said then I’m looking at my room,

“All of my song writing equipment are there,” I said while pointing at my room, “does it mean, a girl will enter my room?,” he asked.

“I f you don’t want then I’ll bring the equipment,” I’m cutting his idea, what’s wrong with him. He knows that only me who goes in my room, even he as my cousin who live with me for years never once goes to my room, and he knows how hard to ensamble all of the equipment,

“Hey, Cha Eunwoo..why are you like this?,” I asked he look confused, “okay..then like this, you and she can come in to my room if I’m there, before that I’ll tell her and you how to use the equipment,” I said.

“Okay, thank you hyung, ” he said then take his phone calling someone to inform her that she can use my equipment.

“Ahh, I suddenly getting tired,” I said then walking to the room. There I’m looking at my messy room, yeah I just finish writing three songs for melody band, so this kind of room is always whenever I’m writing songs, so now I’ll clean it,

“Hyung,” that’s too loud, what’s wrong with him calling me like that,

“Why?,” I asked then open the door.

“Let me know your schedule,” he said, his mood really different from before, “she must starting it soon, so when will it be?, are you the one who will decided it?,” he asked.

“Of course, she will use my equipment, so the owner will be the one who decided when she’ll start,” I said, “I’ll tell you later, I’m busy now,” I said then close the door.

She’ll come today, Eunwoo bought too many food. When he is about to bring the food to Sungjae’s room, Sungjae’s pulling him,

“Why?,” he asked innocently.

“Why?, Cha Eunwoo, that’s chicken will be here, that ddokbuki will be here too. I’ll allow fruits and water, other than that..we’ll eat here,” he said while pointing at dining room,

“You alway bring this kind of food in to your room,” Eunwoo still doesn’t want to put the food.

“Then I won’t open the door,” Sungjae said, Eunwoo back to kitchen then put back all of the food, “we’ll eat it later, don’t worry,” I said.

Not long after that, she comes with food too.

“Ahh, food again,” he said when he saw her plactic bag, she is bowing to him he is bowing back to her, then he lead them to enter his room. Sungjae’s introducing his music equipment one by one to her and how to use it, Eunwoo looking at them while eating the fruits, “is there something you want to ask?,” he asked after finished introducing all of the music equipment to her,

“Then, I’ll try it, can I?,” she want his confirmation, both of them focusing on making a song, a simple song while Eunwoo finally look sleepy, Sooyoung looking at him, knowing Eunwoo slowly sleeping she then ask Sungjae what she want to know from him. She is taking out her recorder from her bag, “you know this, right?,” she asked while pointing at the recorder, Sungjae look shocked seeing the recorder, “you recorded your voice here,” she said.

“How did you know it was me?, do you have evidence?,” he asked her back.

“Just know, we listen to your singing, and it sound familiar to me. I’m just asking, if it’s not you then..it’s okay,” she said then putting the recorder back to her bag, “let’s continue it,” she said then back to the song.

They spent 2 hours making a simple song, Sungjae suddenly asking her about the recording again. Eunwoo already goes to the kitchen to prepare the food,

“Since when you have it?,” he asked, “the recorder.”

“I bought it 2 years ago with my own money, I just recorded some songs here, not that much, but after recovery from coma, suddenly there is one song that I don’t know. I never recorded that nor asking a men recorded his voice for me, the first verse, I wrote the first verse lyrics but the rest..I don’t know who is the one who wrote that,” she said, “let’s go Eunwoo is waiting,” she said then leaving the room, she is looking at the piece of paper that she take from his room, she want to check it, want to compare it with the hand writing in her music book, “Eunwoo-yah,” she is calling Eunwoo who is busy in the kitchen, Eunwoo smiling to him, “because tomorrow he have schedule so I won’t come.”

“He said to you that he have schedule?,” he asked.

“Hmm, he told me like that,” then eat the ddokbuki, “I can make it, right?,” she asked.

“Of course you can, you have talent in making a song, I like your song, the one you sing in school festival last year,” he said, Sooyoung smiling. Sungjae coming out from his room and lock the door,

“I’ll go now and may be come back the day after tomorrow, ” he said then sit with them, “I’ll tell him when you can come again, so prepare something until that day,” he said then eating ddokbuki, the food he like super fast, “I’ll go now,” he said then leave them.

“He really like it,” Sooyoung said while cleaning the table.

Before recording for new song, vocalist of melody band focusing on the lyrics and trying to practice it,

“We’ll start in 10 minutes,” Sungjae tell them to getting ready.

“Is my fan really participating in the competition?,” Hyunsik suddenly asked Sungjae.

“Ahh..focus on recording now, I’ll tell you later,” he said then they goes to recording room.

For about 4 hour they are recording a song, Sungjae focusing listening to the record while the members of band playing behind him,

“I’ll order some food, I’m hungry,” Peniel said then take his phone, but not long after that someone come bringing a lot of food, they look confused,

“Sajang-nim treat all of you,” the manager said, “Sungjae-yah, let’s eat first,” he said then Sungjae join them,

“I have bad feeling when he is like this when we are preparing for our comeback,” Minhyuk said.

“You are right, I’m little bit uneasy with this,“ Ilhoon join in.

“Just eat,” Peniel said while eating bibimbap.

Sungjae join them, when he just about to eat his food, Hyunsik asking him,

“My fan, she’ll participate in the competation, right?,” Sungjae closing his eyes,

“Let’s talk about it later,” he said.

“When is the later?,” Hyunsik asked.

“She’ll..she is learning how to make a song now,” he said.

“From who?, you?, you are one of the judge though,” Minhyuk join.

“Hmm, I just told her how to use the equipment, then she’s starting to making a song by herself,” he explained.

Today he’s still stay at the agency, editing the song and today the band members will record the next song. It’s still early morning someone looking for him,

“Sungjae-ssi, someone waiting for you in lobby, a girl,” one of the staff said, Sungjae then leave recording room to go see who is the one looking for him.
