I’ll never break your heart even if you will break mine

A tall tanned girl is sitting in a corner of the café as she sips on her coffee while listening to her ipod and busy staring outside the window, staring with her blank and expressionless face. She didn’t notice the girl who sat in front of her who has been observing her for awhile. The older girl holds the hand of the tanned girl to get her attention. The younger girl looked at the other girl while wearing the same expressionless face.

“Did you just ask me to meet you just to see you like that?” she asked as squeezed the younger girl hand. The younger girl just looks at her and smiles sadly at the girl.

“Yuri-ah are you still thinking about her?” The older girl looked at the girl intently.

“This is where I first saw her, this is where I fell in love with her at first sight” Yuri said sadly. The older girl sighed; I hurt her to see the tanned girl like this.

“She is so stunning, very pretty that took my breath away. She is so perfect, she has a milky white skin, brown shiny hair, slender body, her voice is angelic, her nose is cute, and her lips are kissable but her eyes that attract me the most. Her eyes is so mysterious, and it seems sad even though she is smiling and it makes me want to know her better, makes me want to protect, make her smile and makes me want her to be mine. She gave me this new feeling that I never felt before with anyone. It’s a wonderful feeling but I never thought that it will follow by pain and sadness.” Yuri looked up to prevent her tears to fall.

“Yuri-ah. Why don’t you move on and forget about her already. It pains me to see you like this.” The older girl caresses Yuri’s face with her hands. The latter responds by squeezing the hands of the older girl that is on her face.

“I wanted too but my heart prevents me. I don’t know how to stop it , may be getting my heart out of my chest will stop this feeling.”

“Don’t do anything that will harm you. If you hurt yourself I won’t forgive you until I die.” The hissed at her angrily.

“Look at me Yuri, don’t you ever leave me. You might be heartbroken but you will break many hearts if you hurt yourself. Many people love you” She grab the girls’ hands and brought it to her lips and kissed it “and I love you too. Understand me?” Yuri looked at the older girls face with a little smile on her face.

“Im sorry, I promise I won’t hurt myself if it will hurt you too.”  The older girl smiled at the Yuri’s response.

“but you know it’s funny , what you said to me is similar to what I told her before. That time I swear to her and to myself that I will make her feel love and If she give me a chance I promised that I’ll never break her heart.” The tanned girl looked down “I tried my best to make her love me. God knows how hard I tried to make her love me back but I failed. I made a mistake, she doesn’t even want to me see me ever again.”

“Yuri-ah” the other girl didn’t know what to say and just look at the younger girl with her teary eyes

“She don’t like me, she don’t love and she never will” Yuri said as the tears that she tried holding back finally falls in her eyes unstoppable. The other girl went to her side and hugs her tightly as she cries too.

Yuri closed her eyes and cries silently as she accepts her fate that she is heartbroken. She already knows before that she might become like this. She even swore it to the other girl before. She remembered the exact word that she said to that girl

“- - - - - I promise I’ll never break your heart even if you will break mine”

Hi Im not the one who wrote this.. My younger cousin wrote this and this is her first fanfic.

She originally posted it in SSF. i asked her if i could post her story here and she agreed
