The weather seemed to be gloomy that day with the dark shadows casted upon the earth. Grey heavy clouds were looming across the infinite sky creating a loud sound of thunder as they striked with each other. Pedestrians walking on their way back home increased their pace at the alarming sound , the harsh wind ruffling their hair and clothes. It was useless to use umbrella anyway as the object was tugged into every directions by the intensity of air. With one loud boom of thunder followed by lighting the droplets of water started to fall down creating wet patches where they landed. Soon the drizzle transformed into downpour with the spherical drops increasing their size and speed. Wet splashes could be heard as people ran down the street seeking shelter from the rain. Far away from the city a young boy struggling with life and death. He had found out a horrifying secret he shouldn't have the knowledge about and unfortunately the men involved in sinful activities had noticed his presence. So he was run away from those men who were chasing him. If they found him it would be his last day. The shirt he was wearing was completely drenched with sweat and rain, his balck hair was sticking to his forehead in messy way , legs screaming with exhaustion but he continued on. His once delicate hands and legs were decorated with cuts and bruises. Brown pools were brimmed with tears . He was one second away from passing out. He saw a building ahead ,a spark of hope flared in his heart fueling his determination to survive. Just as he was an inch away from the building, dizziness hit him hard and he fell down. He crawled with hands and kness, he could hear the shuffling sound from behind . The men were near , very near. His heart was beating erratically. With all the strength he could muster up the boy clawed the earth and moved forward. He could hear the sound of boots approaching him from behind and just like that he was found. The ruthless men dragged his body inside the building . Despite the situation the boy was still struggling to free himself from the strong clutches. He was fighting a losing battle. They tossed him inside nearby room. " You know you can't run away from us. I have an offer for you boy , help us and we'll spare your life " The boy chuckled bitterly and spat " Don't even think about it ! " " Well in that case we don't have any other options left " One of the men took out butcher knife from his boot . He grabbed the boy by his hair pressing the knife on his throat. "Wait " Another man stopped the man with the knife " Don't give him easy death. Inflict him as much pain as possible " " You are such a sadistic bastard " The man lowered his knife and pressed the tip against the boy's chest. With one go he ed the object inside. The boy screamed in agony , tears fell down like the rain outside. His body jerked with each jab on his heart , crimson decorated his shirt. " I__I wi__ll b b_a_ck Ra__y _mo___n__d T__u__an " The boy coughed out blood , voice cracking at the end. Those were his last words. His brown eyes were wide open and blank , body limp ,stiff and cold. He was gone from this world. The men dragged the dead body outside the lifeless building . It was already dark . The rain mixed with the blood of boy leaving trails of crimson on the pathway. Finally they were able to reach the cliff and threw the body down. Raymond , the leader of the men scrunched up his nose in disgust as the head of the body cracked " Secrets are meant to be secrets too bad you found out. Rest in peace - Jackson Wang "
