MINGI'S ROOM

"Did it hurt?" I try to start a conversation as I see you sit on the chair near my bed. 

"Not much anymore." You rolled your pants a little, showing the bandage that wrapped your ankle. "It will heal soon."

"Of course, but you probably already join the dance practice now," I sit on the edge of the bed, avoiding your gaze to me. 

You chuckles, "you really know me."

"We've been friends since junior high."

"Then tell me what's wrong. Why did you runaway from us? Why you want to erase us from your life? You have a problem with someone?"

"You," I answer without thinking and when I realized my words, I really want to smack my head now. 

"Me?" You look confused. "Why?"

"You won't understand." I let out a sigh and stand up, "You better comeback to Seoul now. I won't change my mind."

"I won't go anywhere," although you are injured, but your legs seems better, you don't even used your crutch when you come to me, even though you still have to drag your feet a little when you walk. "Tell me what happened."

"That's all you need to know," I insists but you stand in front of me, holding my wrist tightly. 

"I won't leave until you said it." 

It's like a battle of wits between us again. None of us want to lose when it comes to something like this. 

But your tight grip on my wrist really hurts me. 

"Okay, I really envy you. All this time, I feel like I'm the useless member in our group. I don't have anything to be proud of except my pretty face and my dance skill. I'm not supposed to be with you guys."

You startled at first, you might not expecting me to say that, right? 

But then your soft and tender gaze back at me. 

You put your hand on my head, messing up my hair. "Who told you something like that? That's not true, you shouldn't listen to those kind of words."

"That's the fact isn't it? I'm just a nuisance. I don't deserve to be with you. I.........." I can't continue my words because you already hug me. 

"Stop saying those kind of words. You know that it's not true. We care for you. You're very important to us." 

"But you already have Minhyun."

One more time, I speak without even thinking about my words. 

You slowly let go of your hug when you heard it. 

"What?" Then you smile, "are you jealous with Minhyunnie?"

You're very stupid to just notice it by now. 

And why are you smiling like that? 

It's not even funny. 

I'm unconsciously pout and that makes you smiles again. 

"Come on, Rennie, you don't have to be jealous with Minhyun."

"Why can't I be jealous with him? Like I said before, I don't have any precious talent like him, I can only dance and flirting, I only have my pretty face to back-up my so-so talent, I don't have an angelic voice like him, a charisma like you, and I have enough, I really have enough with the feeling of wanting you to stay beside me." 

Again, I let out everything inside of my head and notice the slight difference in your expression as I said that. 

I'm a loser. 

I know it. 

You don't have to feel guilty to me.

You don't have to pity me. 

All you have to do is turn around and leave me alone. 

I told you to do that, but what happened next is really unexpected to me.

You take my hand and again pulling me into your warm hug. 

Your right hand on the back of my head and your left hand wraps around my body. 

"What are you doing? Let me go!"

"No. Stupid Rennie." 

What? Now you call me stupid? 

I try to let go but you're holding me tighter.

"Do you know how much I miss you ever since you left? I keep on thinking about you that I even got myself injured because of that. And here
