« I knew I would find you here. You always end up here on those kind of nights.»

Jungkook turns lightly his focus on the new comer, trying not to show too much how pissed off he is at this new arrival. 

« What do you want ? »

Jungkook’s manager just smiles, filling back up Jungkook’s glass. 

« Celebrate all you want tonight. You deserve it. »

Jungkook just sighs, sipping the alcohol and looking at the window. 

« Do I have to stay much longer ? I need to practice the dance tomorrow. » 

His manager just laughs, a little tipsy as well, sitting down at the great displeasure of the two polite boy to say anything back.  

« You won’t practice tomorrow. Everyone agreed to give you a couple of days. You just have a variety show in the afternoon and then you’re free.»

Jungkook turns his attention to the forty years old manager, trying as best as he can to act confortable on the cold floor. 

« What ? »

His manager, proud to finally have his full attention and having created a surprise in the youngest’s eyes, raises his glass of champagne, the bottle in his other hand, and smiles brightly. 

« We’re giving you your first holidays. You did it. You scored first on the Billboard right away astonishing everyone around you. Everyone in Korea is talking about you right now. You’ve been busy constantly with your work and it paid off. Congratulations. You deserve a little freedom. »

Jungkook stares in silence at the man following him everywhere for a while, before pulling back his attention to the window. 

« No thank you. I still have work to do. I’ll just get ahead then. And I need to keep promoting the album anyways. 

- There’s no need for promotion. You ranked first. Everyone has already uploaded your song, from the teenage girls to the old lady at the fish market. Why are you so grumpy tonight ? And what are you doing here anyways ?
