Minghao stepped in front of you.

“You’re getting awfully close to Hoshi hyung lately. Is there something between you two?”

You tilted your head in confusion, “Something like what?”

Then the realisation dawned.

You smiled at him and crossed your arms, “Xu Minghao, are you jealous right now?” You teased, unable to stop the smile from growing.

“I am.” His face was serious. The smile disappeared as his words registered in your head.

“Huh? Why would you be jealous?” You blurted.

“Because I like you. Isn’t that obvious?”

Your heart stopped.

“I’ve liked you since we met back at the club. I like the way you moved naturally with the music. I like that you were kind to me when we just met. I like how you remembered that I prefer chinese food over korean food. I like that we both like summer of all seasons. I just like you a lot.”

You couldn’t believe your ears. You unconsciously stepped back when he came closer until you were trapped between him and the wall behind you. Minghao searched your eyes but you couldn’t maintain the eye contact from that distance.
