rules

one. check the masterlist for available characters. if two. comment the group, name, timezone, and password. three. once accepted, you have 24 hours to make your account and tweet base. four. follow everyone and base first before mentioning. if base hasn't answered in 20 minutes, proceed to interact. five. username format is m74(name) or (Name)m74 (ex. m74jjk) all in caps and please put either m74 or starlight somewhere in your profile. six. if you are usign a recycled account, please clear all your tweets, followings, and followers. seven. you must reach 74 tweets in 24 hours.
