‘Lee’ Seo Joohyun, an intern in Park Lee Memorial Hospital. She is the daughter of a Legendary surgeon. She did not want to take the program in PLMH but something happened so she has no choice.
Im Yoona, the newly appointed head of the Neurosurgeon in Park Lee Memorial Hospital.
Choi Sooyoung, the head of cardiology in Park Lee Memorial Hospital, she expects to be the Chief of Surgery until Yoona came in.
Hwang Tiffany, a resident of General Surgery in PLMH, she is lovely but she is considered as the ‘Nazi’ of residents.
Kim Tae Yeon, the Chief of Surgery. Her expertise is General Surgery
Lee Sunny, Seo Hyun’s mother. The Legendary Surgeon.
Bae ‘Irene’ Joohyun, an intern in PLMH, she is the most competitive and tough.
Choi Sulli, a top star in South Korea who pursued becoming a doctor. She is now an intern in PLMH
Minatozaki Sana, an intern in PLMH, bubbly and mostly clumsy with a secret of her own.
Chou Tzuyu, an intern in PLMH, arrogant and overconfident.
Kim Dahyun, an intern in PLMH, she is very shy and insecure, is always insulted by her co interns.
